Another thing is the left door has lowered so much that the mullion is completely missing the striker to close the door, the doors are not closing correctly the left door is really low ,no adjustments. Cx complaint is RC not cooling properly. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the cx had the RC evap cover off and the pantry drawers out of the unit for several months and said the evap keeps freezing up. The evap cover was off because the cx had issues with the the drain tube being clogged. Cx fixed the drain but never put the cover back on. Informed cx the evap will freeze up without the cover on. Checked thermistors and they were in range. Damper was working corretly. Set unit to 8hr defrost and put unit back together. Unit is working as designed. Job is complete. Cx paid 120 service call by CC.

Inspected the unit. Found that the Cx is saying that the Right Door isn't Sealing / Door Handle is loose. I then checked the Right Door Seal. Found that the Right Corner isn't Sealing. Heated the Door Seal. Door is now Sealed. The Left Door Handle set screws keeps falling out. Installed new Door Handel. Unit is working as Designed.

"cx compaint unit is displaying a f9e1 error code. inspected unit and entered it into diag and found error codes f9e1, f8e4. cleared error codes and ran a auto test and the unit was having trouble draining. pulled unit out to find the drain hose was connected to another black rubber hose that led to the sink. i also found the hose was kinked and that the unit had a double loop. meaning the extra hose had a loop and the factory hose had a loop.sk;l i found the factory hose could reach sink drain without the extra hose. i removed the hose and ran the factory drain hose to the drain under sink. ran auto test again and found the unit now drains so much better. unit now checks good."

cx complaint the unit is not washing the dishes. checked the unit and found that the wire unseated at the control. reseated the connection at the control. reseated the connector and tested operation. unit is running as desinged.

"Customer complaint is the units not cooling. Inspected unit found both RC and FC evaporator were completely frosted over with ice and frost. I defrosted the RC evaporator found that the mastic tape on the RC evaporator is hitting and dripping down onto the evaporator. This is showing signs of an evaporator leak. I also found that the thermister was on the copper tube and not on the aluminum of the evaporator. I optimize the thermistor while I was here but pointed out the evaporator leak. I put unit into test 6 for defrost and unit showed 03 I tested voltage at defrost heater and had 64 volts. While I was testing the defrost heater while unit was in test 6 I could hear the three way valve cycling about every 10-15 seconds this is due to bad programming of the control board. And also the 63 volts to the defrost heater shows a bad relay on the control board. In test 3 step 02 the freezer did not turn on I tested voltage to the freezer fan motor and had 14.7 volts. Freezer fan is open. I quoted customer for replacing the main control board, freezer fan, refrigerator evaporator, UV die dryer,. Customer okay to repair and paid $534.88.Marking the freezer fan as will use on return visit. Control not in stock at this moment. Sealed system tech required on return visit 3 count job; ordrng 1 W11492867 (RC evap) and 1 WPW10675033 (Control board) and 1 W10143759 (Drier)"

Cx complaint is the unit is leaking water from the freezer. I found a sheet of ice in the freezer cabinet bottom Frozen to the bottom. This was due to when the drain was clogged water is back flowing into the freezer freezing up the freezer drain my water to overflow into the freezer cabinet. I cleared ice cleared ice from drain tested drain. Is now working properly

Customer complaint is the units not spinning the clothes out and leaving clothes wet. Customer stated that it's not as dry as her last washer. She says the clothes are still squishy. I checked for error codes no error codes were found. I ran auto test mode and unit completed test mode without any issues. Customer stated it takes two 1hr dry cycles to dry the clothes. You completely clog with Lynn advise customer this has to be cleaned every time is initiated. I tested dryer Whirlpool air flow tester and air flow tester showed poor air flow. I showed this to the customer and advisor the reason why it's taking two 1 hour dry cycling need to have the exhaust vent cleaned every 2 years by a vet cleaner. I tried to instruct the customer on different cycle there seems to be informed but is stating that there's something wrong with the washer and it's not spinning all the water out of the clothes. I am insisted that the unit was working as design and there's nothing wrong with the unit. Customer wanted to running cycle to show me what the clothes feel like at the end of the cycle. So I had the customer start a load and advise her I will return after my next job to check the load. Will be returning today.; saved tckt

Sr#7734085692RC temp 61 degrees but set to 36FC temp 8 degrees but set to -1Cx complaint freezer gets cold but Refrigerator section does not. Checked temps immediately and found that the rc is almost 30 degrees warmer. Ran test 28 and found the average states it was 46 degrees which is still 20 degrees off. Ran RC fan test and head a small crackling noise. Called Techline and went through all test with them. They came to the conclusion to order the evap cover with both thermistors and evap fan. They also stated when we change this part to check heater to see if its always on. Ordering parts for return visit. ; ordrng 1 W11395558 (Evap cover with fan/ thermistor)

"cx complaint unit not makign ice, checked unit, ran auto test cycle, unit shuts off right after recirc pump, ran manual test, drain will not activate, 13vac present at drain pump, quoted cx, cx unsure for repair atm, advised ticket stays open for 30 days. cx paid service call."

replaced ordered parts and tested unit is now fully functional

i was able to access unit and replace the main control with dispenser control board as per previous tech. powered on unit and waited to hear the compressor come on. unit now checks good.

Cc the unit not draining and giving f9e1 error .. found the unit w/ broken lower wire harness. moving harness the unit started to drain.. contatcted wpl tradecare team and recieved auth for parts and labor .. ordering harness and pump; ordrng 1 W11568984 (lower harness) and 1 W11396717 (drain pump)

"Customers complaint is the unicycle and temperatures are fluctuating. Customer stated that the freezer temperature has gotten up to 12° and then we'll go back down to zero. At today's arrival I found freezer at zero degrees Fahrenheit and refrigerate 38° Fahrenheit. I checked freezer and notice frost on the evaporator cover. I removed the evaporator cover and found thick ice at the top of the evaporator is causing poor air flow I noticed that the cap tube is Frozen all the way back to the cabinet indicating and restriction I then check the compressor area found that there is no coupler on the compressor and that the tube is just pinched off. dryer does have a coupler and dryer has been replaced. Unit will need compressor, evaporator and coupler. Three count job sealed system tech only. I called the office and spoke to Tori Tori scheduled return visit for 7/19.; ordrng 1 W11256565 (Evap) and 1 W11506635 (Coupler) and 1 W10507884 (Compressor)"

cxcomplaint that unit is not lighting the fc section and the switch is correctly working i found the socket is fualty hearing buzzing and will need replaced call to reschd; ordrng 1 W10440814 (FC socket) and 1 WPW10313917 (housing) and 1 W11518235 (led)
