Customer complaint unit is not completing a cycle and the light is staying on wash. I tested the unit and found no error codes and the unit is completing a test cyckle. I found the CX is using the original tide soap. And the cold water is very low. I adviced the cusotemr to only use HE detergent and the water to be turned open all the way. The customer stated they had the water like that so they can get warm water. I explained to the cusotmer taht the unit being HE it will have read the water temps coming in and adjust to the temps that will save the most energy. I told her the unit will not get hot and at best a little bit hight than rom temps. But that how the unit workes. I ran a rinse and sping and completed agitating and draining and spinning. Unit is good.

CX complaint knobs on oven get too hot. Call Techline and discussed with them and found I needed to perform heat soak test on unit. Set unit to 400°. Once unit hit 400° set a timer for one hour. Left and went to another job and came back within the hour once arrived used infrared heat gun to check temperatures on the face of unit and on knobs. temps at knobs were temperature on knob skirt was 113° all other temperatures that I could check. Were also In spec. CX was also concerned about the unit turning off and turning on she was not aware that that is now how the units work and that there is a safety on the door switch to turn the flame off and come back on after two minutes. Tested functionality of unit. Unit is working as designed job complete

Check temps with probe and found correct temps inside both check temperature inside top crisper drawer and found at 35° and bottom crisper drawer at 41°. Call Techline SR number is above. They suggested everything is reading correctly and to have customer change from produce to deli setting on crisper drawer to see if that helps. "cx complaint, bad door switch. door switch was a nightmare, basically glued in by the insulation. called techline to report non repairable, just before they answered i managed to dig enough foam out to succesfully replace switch. documented with techline in case of future issues. job is complete."

"cx complaint is the unit taking hours to cool down and at one point powering off on its own causing time and date to be wrong. unit was on when i arrived and both ovens were room temp. time and date were wrong. i checked for codes and found F6E4 UI to control state status. cleared code and ran each oven for a short time. unit worked properly, no code returns. unit is not connected to wifi. called techline to document, they had me check door gaskets, run cooling fans. advised not replacing any parts unless F6E4 returns. said to replace both boards at the same time if error returns. advised having cx connecto to wifi to fix time/date issue. gave cx SR# and IT dept number. unit is working as designed."

"Customer complaint unit is was not cooling now it is. I tested the unit and the unit evap was overfrosted but is clearing. I removed the cover and while i was testting tjhe sensor the unit went to defrost. Heater is working ,sensor is working and good frost pattern. THe unit is working fans are working. Damper is working. Unit is working it could of been the door was left open, too much food. I adjusted the gaskets and tested. Unit is sealing. Unit is back to normal operation."

cx complaint noise is back. when i got here i was able to confirm noise and pull unit out while noise was happening. found compressor line was too close to bottom of unit and was vibrating against it. removed an old padding and slid it under line so now it can not vibrate. noise went away. job completed.

cx complaint unit is displaying f3e2 error code. temps are not steady. inspected unit and entered into diag and found f3e2. pulled unit out and found 235.1vac to unit. tested temp sensor and found 1.076kohms. tested the temp sensor at the control and found the same results tested both bake element and found them into spec. unit needs control. called Techline, they agreed with the info provided they said the control needs replaced. control is no longer available. charged cx only for serivce call. $120
