cx complaint the unit is not turing on. checked the unit and found a loose connection at the control. reseated the connection and tested the operation. found that the unit only has 98 VAC being supplied to the unit from hot to nuetral. hot to ground has 120 vac. voltage drop somewhere between the unit and the breaker panel. advsied cx to contact an electrician at this time and once we have 120 vac from hot to nuetral and issues are still persisting to give us a call back. cx agreed.

Customer complaint is the unit is not cooling. Inspected unit I found that I could barely pull unit out of the cabinetry area due to the two bolts holding the base plate have been removed in the base plate getting caught on a tile where the unit was sitting. I ended up just putting two bolts in the area to pick the base plate up so it wasn't dragging on the ground. I then remove the cover and hook my watt meter up in place. My watt meter read 42 watts. I noticed the dryer that was on the unit is the factory original dryer. And when the compressor was replaced both times the dryer was never replaced ever.The dryer was cold to the touch I cut the cap tube off from the dryer nothing came out from the dryer I then cut the dryer off from the loop going through the drain pan. I still had no refrigerant coming from unit or pressure. I cut the Yoda loop from the cabinet to the drain pan heater tubing and had refrigerant and brown / black oil coming from the Yoda loop out of the cabinet. I then isolated the system from the condenser through the yodaloo and hooked up nitrogen and try to flush Yoda loop but was unsuccessful. I still had black oil slash debris coming from Yoda loop and condenser. I tried to flush through the cap tube out of the low side line before the compressor and had three rags of oil. I waited on the phone with tech line while trying to flush the system out with nitrogen at 140 psi. Eventually tech line answered and I explained what I was having an issue with. Tech line stated the unit is has a burnout and that this can not be repaired and gave me file number. I left file number with customer

"Cx complained the unit would shut off during bake. Inspected the unit and found that it does shut off within seconds of being in bake and other times, taking several min before shutting off. At the control, there is a constant 110vac when shutting off. Checked wires and there aren't any broken. C hecked in broil setting and it didn't turn off. Checked the bake element and it has 16ohms. Fixed the neutral wire at the control and tested again and when it goes out, there is not 120v from L1 to N, and N to L2 has 240v and L2 to L1 has 240v. Cx now needs electrician. Job complete"

"cx complaint obvious protrusions from the chimney exterior panels. cx states that they have been dealing with this since purchase of the home in may/05/2022 but after replacing tjhe panels multiple times the builder concluded that the control assembly is what is pushing the exterior/cosmetic panels outward and affecting it appearance. unfortunately the chimney is grouted into place and will need to be made accessible for service. once the cx has had a contractor remove the grout, they are contacting kitchen aid to provide an accurate proof of purchase/home closing docs. SR// 7735160515. Customer complaint unit is not catching the pantry drawer and it falls out of the track. We have replaced the tracks and still the same. They call customer service and whirlpool told them that we will be able to order parts that it needs but the unit does not have anything wrong is the design the drawer is pulled and if not pulled slow and straight the drawers falls out. I called techline and they had me messuring the cabinet and the front of the cabinet is wider than the back i get 28 inches exact and 28.5 to 28 3/4. I took pictures and sent them to whirlpool. THey are sending the unit for review because if it is expaninding in the front too much the unit will be unrepairable. Waiting on whirlpool review.; saved tckt

"Cx complaint that the unit is making a loud gurgling noise. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The unit is making plenty of ice. I ran an auto service cycle, the noise was identified while the recirculation pump was running. I also ran the recirculation pump in manual test and the noise was presnet again. I showed the 'use and care guide' on page 3 about normal noises. The cx understands that the noise is normal. THe unit is working as designed."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Freezer has Frost. Checked the Freezer. No Frost. I then checked the Freezer Evaporator Section no Frost. Cx is saying Items in the Freezer Section had frosted over. Asked the cx if she left the door open. Cx started to get real get really aggressive because I asked this questions. Nothing is wrong with the unit.( I advised that the cx doesn't over load the Freezer Section.) (Please see Sd Pictures if any questions. )

cx complaint noise is back. when i got here i was able to confirm noise and pull unit out while noise was happening. found compressor line was too close to bottom of unit and was vibrating against it. removed an old padding and slid it under line so now it can not vibrate. noise went away. job completed.

"CX complaint randomly oven doesn't turn off, even if the display says is off. Sometimes the oven turns off by itself. Ran test mode, found F6E4 (old code from 10/9/21). Called tech line, spoke to Bruce (sr # 7735154704), he advised to connect the unit to wifi and get the softwarte update, and if this doesn't work, to replace the console. Worked with the cx, connected the unit to wifi and go updates. Cx is monitorein the situation. Quoted console replacement just in case: $550.59 with $110 labor for console W11297728 replacement. I found the mullion isnt catching the striker, left hand door is really lower and wont catch striker, also when you try to level unit the entire fridge would teeter totter and not aligning with cabinets or doors themselves like the floor is bowing or warped. came out to replace vavle and pulled old valve and both sides had grit in them. had to flush hot line out. cold side is the one that gets blocked off. went over unit and water issues with cx. recalibrated and ran auto test. unit now checks. job complete.

cx complaint the unit is making alot of noise. checked the unit and found that the compressor is rattling internally. ordering all parts needed to resolve the issue.; ordrng 1 W11580057 (compressor) and 1 W11506619 (coupler) and 1 W11578570 (coupler) and 1 W11506619 (coupler) and 1 W11109499 (drier-tube) and 1 W11578004 (evaporator) and 1 r600 (r600) and 1 sstech (ss tech)

came out to resolve the issue. disassembled as needed. replaced the inlet valve. tested operation. unit is running as designed.
