Cx complaint is the unit is not draining. Inspected unit and found F9e1 long drain error code. I selected drain and could not here pump turn on. I checked drain pump and found drain pump wire connector had a loose connection at the pump. I reseated the connector and the drain pump turned on and pumped all the water out of the tub. I cleared code and ran a test cycle. Unit is now working properly.

Cx complaint sometimes it will make ice and sometimes it wont. Was able to access unit and found ice in bin and ice in mold. Found that the fill tube was frozen. Using my steamer I was able to clear the ice and test. Unit harvested and filled no further work needed.

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is Leaking Water & I've Maker isn't making Ice. I then checked the Compressor Section. Compressor suction line is frosted over. Checked pressures on the unit. Low side is 1 bar & High side is reading 106 Psi. Turned the unit off and checked to see if the pressures would equalize. Pressures equalized at 11. Checked the unit for Dye. No Dye found.Called Whirlpool Techline Ref. Whirlpool had me check the Evaporator to make sure the Evaporator isn't frosting over. Evaporator isn't frosted over. Whirlpool then had me remove all Refrigerant from the unit and refilled the unit. Pressure are 1 Bar on the low side & 150 Psi on the High side. No pipes in the back are frosted over. too cold in fridge compartment unit looks over packed informed customer tested both thermistors passed on test 1 and 2 also ran test three for damper open and closing no issues with open close set at 42 F reading 41 on top shelf with thermocoupler tested the middle shelf 49f informed customer that blocking the vents restricts air movement which is the leading cause of item freezing with try to sperate and create path for air flow

I inspected the idler and the motor pulley and found them to be in good opperational shape. I replaced the blet and unit now test good.; used 1 4392065 (Repair kit) from stock

CX cmpliant was that the unit would not heat. I found that the TCO was OL.I replaced the Cut Off fuse and unit now heats. I inspected the vent hosing has visable lint build up. I advised CX to have a licenaced vent cleaning Co. to come into the home to inspect the venting from the wall to the outside as well as possible replaceing the vent hosing. Unit test good.

cx complaint door doesnt open and close properly. checked unit to find hinge on left side not functioning properly. while attempting to pull unit out noticed left side gets slightly caught on cabinet. pay close attention to this when coming back to install hinge.; ordrng 1 W11573703 (hinge door)

Removed water inside basket and instructed cx to not use. Ordering valves and will use bellow and drain pump on return. "A very annoying grinding noise midway thru a cycle. Turned drum by hand, no noise heard. Run unit on time dry at 40 min. Cx says at half way point it will start making load noise. Cx complaint unit has no power have tried tripping the breaker multiple times and does not work. Inspected unit and found had zero power looking at the UI. Could not get anything to work. Began to take apart unit and after I removed the UI I check power coming out of the ui power cable which I had .667vac. At that point I had shut the power off to unit and plugged in new UI and we had power. Put into diagnostic mode and found two error codes F6E6 and F6E9 which both state losing communication to the control board. Clear error codes and tested unit at 350 degrees. When unit go to about 300 degrees the unit cut off again. Unit did not trip breaker it just shut off. I then inspected the the main power wires at the conduit box and had no burnt wires. Reset power and ui came back on. Check for errors and had the same error codes. Unit is going to need a new oven control boards. Unit does also have a light bulb out on top oven that needs to be replaced. Ordering parts for return visit. ; ordrng 1 Wpw10472384 (Bulb for oven) and 1 W11179310 (Oven control board) and 1 W10801665 (Control board w/ power supply)

Cx stated they press start,start which triggers the pro wash. Using clear door again ran the unit on prowash. Unit went through all 4 sprayers perfectly. After words unit drained water and at about 2.3hrs. Water filled back in unit and dispenser door popped open. Unit is working as designed. Cx is going to try different soap and normal wash and see what happens. Unit is working as intended."

Washer sounds like it is jumping through the cycles (banging noises). No fault codes found in unit. DID A self run test on unit. Nothing happened. Put unit in drain and spin to see if basket sway is the problem. Water valve calling for water is making pipes bamg in the walls. Unit working properly. No parts needed.

Error Messages EE01 and F09.removed lid and checked connector at j17. J17 connector is tight. Did a drain pump test. Can hear drain pump not pushing out water. No blockage at hose. Removed water and drain pump. Drain pump not functioning. Needs new drain pump. Installed new drain pump. Test for leaks no leaks. Unit working properly.
