Inspected underneath and found the drain pump wasn't fully connected. The harness didn't have enough slack causing the connection to pull out. cx complaint is the units right rc door is opening and swing back aswell as the water coming from the dispenser is not cold. i found the unit is leaning forward and this is causing the door to swing open after is been open. i leveled the unit by adjusting the front wheels. i instructed cx that the doors will swing somewhat due to having a closer cam on the hinge to help with the door closing. i tested water from the dispenser and used a thermometer. i found the water temp dropped as more water was dispensed. "Cx complaint is unit making loud rattling noise as well as inconsistent cooling. inspected and verified complaint. found horizontal line across cabinet body where the refrigerant lines travel the body of the unit. the rattling was stemming from this area. the back cover of the fridge also had been dented inward causing the cover to hit the compressor and the condenser fan and motor. inside the drip pan there was a dark substance that was identified as a bacteria that was back filling into the drain tube into the fc. both rc and the fc doors had defective gaskets. the UI was not fully responding when trying to enter diagnostics. called WPTL to document. Per WPTL unit is not repairable. informed cx to contact extended warranty provider for further steps. job complete"

"Per prior diagnosis, arrived to cx address with FR to properly uninstall MW. on arrival found that the cabinet trim that was needing to be removed to uninstall MW was not removed. unit was not sitting inside the mounting bracket on the wall so corrected that to safely back screws out to try and see behind unit. because of the trim we could not properly diagnose the issue but this is an installation issue. the builder/installer did not properly install this MW. the unit was not in the mounting bracket, holes in the cabinet above the unit are not where they should be so the unit does not sit flush causing the door to swing shut on the cx. there are also dents and scratches from install that are past the cosmetic period. cx has to resolve these with the builder/installer. cx has to do list.; ordrng 1 look (look)"
