Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer will not start. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Error Codes are F6E3 = Acu can't hear U.i.. Checked the User Interface Harness. All three Harness Wire prongs I'm getting 0.3 Ohms. Green light on the Control Board is flashing. Checked the Voltage to the Control Board. I'm getting 121. 3 Volts. Unit has 5 + Dc Volts. I then cleared the error code. Ran Key activation all lights went out. Tried to start the unit on Normal mode. Start button will not respond. Cx paid for the Service Call Only by Check. Check is in the Blue money bag. If the cx calls back Order the User Interface = W11112656 & Main Control Board = W11400681. Don't go without parts.

Arrive today to unit being unplugged plug unit up to wall start device kicked on and compressor was making a loud metallic sound. It would last for about 20 seconds and then would kick off after another minute. It would start again do the same noise and then kick off. cx complaint is the units right rc door is opening and swing back aswell as the water coming from the dispenser is not cold. i found the unit is leaning forward and this is causing the door to swing open after is been open. i leveled the unit by adjusting the front wheels. i instructed cx that the doors will swing somewhat due to having a closer cam on the hinge to help with the door closing. i tested water from the dispenser and used a thermometer. i found the water temp dropped as more water was dispensed. Unit is now working properly.

"Cx complaint unit has intermittent drain issues. Upon arrival unit was displaying F9E1, FAE2, and F7E1 error codes. Removed cover plate and inspected under unit. i found the drain punmp is very loud when draining. i looked inside of unit and noticed has old style heater element that still has the copper colored o ring around the element. i pulled unit out aand noticed the way the drain hose is routed has pinched the line coming from the syphon break on the unit. this has caused the drain pump to work harder and make the drain pump loud. i re-routed the drain hose behind the unit to avoid this from happening, i replaced the drain pump and element from v/s and tested unit. unit is now working properly.; ordrng 1 W11412291 (drain pump (AH V/S) look) and 1 W11537778 (element (AH V/S) look), used 1 W11412291 (drain pump (AH V/S) look), and 1 W11537778 (element (AH V/S) look) from stock"

Found that agitator gears are no longer there and its just spinning freely rocks are inside agitator which could have damaged it, Unit needs a new agitator for a return visit. Explain to customer the clutch could possibly need to be changed. She would like to repair the agitator first to see if that resolve the issue.
