RC is set to 33Deg and is testing 30Deg no error codes on IM ran harvest test and IM is harvesting toggled on water fill and unit didnt fill found fill tube frozen toggled on heater in test 19 for 60sec and toggled on fill nothing happend toggled on heater for another 60 sec and IM filled when toggled on. i found a cold draft freezing fill tube sealed with sealer and draft is gone. called techline and explained my findings and said that was perfect.

Checked for power to the valve and found the valve does have power. Water is leaking from the valve. Unit needs a new valve. Also found that the filter head is what is preventing water from dispenser. Unit needs a new filter head. Right door is not moving smoothly and has sunk down. Found that agitator gears are no longer there and its just spinning freely rocks are inside agitator which could have damaged it, Unit needs a new agitator for a return visit. Explain to customer the clutch could possibly need to be changed. She would like to repair the agitator first to see if that resolve the issue. cx complaint is the units right rc door is opening and swing back aswell as the water coming from the dispenser is not cold. i found the unit is leaning forward and this is causing the door to swing open after is been open. i leveled the unit by adjusting the front wheels. i instructed cx that the doors will swing somewhat due to having a closer cam on the hinge to help with the door closing. i tested water from the dispenser and used a thermometer. i found the water temp dropped as more water was dispensed. I cycled the power and tried again, still the same thing. After multiple attempts I managed to start the cycle but it took awhile. Cx said it does that very frequently. The unit needs a new control panel to resolve the issue. The airflow is poor as well, the cx needs to have the duct line cleaned to avoid more issues. I tested the heating element and found that it is shorted to the cab. I am ordering the element and will use the tco on return. I also found that the vents were clogged causing the air to push out past the lint trap. I informed the cx that they would need to have the vents cleaned. CX complaint came home from work one day and unit was making a loud buzzing noise. Woke up the next morning and found everything in freezer. Had gone soft. Arrive today to unit being unplugged plug unit up to wall start device kicked on and compressor was making a loud metallic sound. It would last for about 20 seconds and then would kick off after another minute. It would start again do the same noise and then kick off. Called a H and explain to him the situation and let him hear the noise was told the compressor is locked up or a bad start device. I was told to order compressor kit for a sealed system repair.
