"Cx complaint is that the unit is not cooling. Upon arrival I found that the unit was not plugged in. I powered the unit and removed the evap cover and found that a frost pattern was not developing. I also found that the compressor was coming on and buzzing and shutting right back off. I checked the compressor and found it to be reading 5.2 Ohms, 6.6 Ohms and 11.8 Ohms. I called MM and gave him my findings. I am ordering the compressor, evap, drier and other related parts. Will also need a 3 call count for SS repair. cx complaint units water dispenser is sticking when pressing. inspected unit and found when pressing the paddle the paddle is not fully releasing and more water is dispensing then needed. removed paddle and found paddle switch was continuity intermittenly when pressed in. also found paddle its slef is slightly warpped and not releasing switch. replaced both paddle and switch and found unit now works as designed. cx also complained that ice is think and large sized and sometimes they find balls of ice. i found the ice door is not fully closing. was able to place some water down it and it did not hold. ordering ice door and cx does not want to replace their copper water line so we will hold off the regulator. schedule cx for 12/9/22; ordrng 1 W11189145 (door-ice) and 1 looklook

Found that agitator gears are no longer there and its just spinning freely rocks are inside agitator which could have damaged it, Unit needs a new agitator for a return visit. CX complaint came home from work one day and unit was making a loud buzzing noise. Woke up the next morning and found everything in freezer. Had gone soft. Arrive today to unit being unplugged plug unit up to wall start device kicked on and compressor was making a loud metallic sound. It would last for about 20 seconds and then would kick off after another minute. It would start again do the same noise and then kick off.
