Cx complaint is that the unit stopped working and got hot. Upon arrival I found that the unit was unplugged. I then plugged the unit back in and tested the voltage. I found that the unit is getting the correct voltage. I then started a timed cycle and found that the unit turned on spun but did not heat. I accessed the back of the unit and tested the tco and element. I found that the tco is reading OL. I also tested the element to chassis ground and found it to not be shorted. I was able to replace the tco and tested the unit. it is now functioning as intended.

Washplates just slowly spins and gets stuck. Lifter unit up and found gearcase oil all inside drip pan. Found slider completely worn out and oil all over it as welll as clutch, rotor and stator. Repaced slider from VS and installed clutch just to get CX up and running. Ordering gearcase, rotor/stator, clutch, slider and washplate. Repair need AIG auth. "Upon arrival found washplate siezed onto gearcase shaft. Used penetrating fluid and a dryer belt and was able to break washplate free within a few minutes. Replaced gearcase, basket, hub, washplate, splutch, capacitor, actuator and belt. After repair I calibrated unit and the tested it. The WM is now working properly. job is complete"

I found that the bottom of the ice bin has frost on it as well as the base of the chute. I found that the chute is allowing warm air that is causing the frost to build up on the bin. Installed the Fc Door Seal & Adhesive. Heated the Door Seal with Heat Gun. Door is sealed. Cx is complaining about the top of the Refrigerator Section being warm. Cx is blocking the vents with food and items. I advised the cx to leave 3 inches of space all the way around the Vents. Pointed out all vents to the cx. Cx is also over packing the Freezer and air can't move. I advised the cx that most of the items will need to come out of the Freezer lower Bin to allow the air to have circulation. Unit is working as Designed.
