cx complaint unit will cool fine for a few days then just thaw out and get warm for days. inspected unit and found freezer at 4 and fridge at 16. units cycling too lonog then going into defrost/idle for too long. unit needs control. cx paid service call and will let us know if they want to move forwards.

"Cx complaint is unit is not spinning water out. Entered unit into diagnostic mode, found F7E7 (motor unable to reach target RPM), F7E1 (basket speed fault). Ran automatic test cycle, unit did not shift into spin. Inspected underside of unit, found belt tearing, gearcase shaft separating, clutch installed incorrectly. Also found excessive play between basket and wash plate, indicating worn hub drive. Unit wil need new gearcase, belt, hub, washplate. Built quote for full repair, cx decided not to go forward with full repair, collected payment for service call."

"cx complaint rc light is dim and water dispensing slowly and icemaker not working intermittently. seems icemaker issue is because of low water pressure, ice container full of almost normal sized cubes. cx mentioned they get tiny cubes sometimes. noticed filter needs changed and cx had a new one. replaced filter and that seemed to help water flow a little but still slow coming out of dispenser. checked water supply. turned shutoff valve off to disconnect water supply and when i turned it back on i have no water coming out now. seems water flow issue is in shutoff valve. replaced rc led, light working properly now, and advised cx to call plumber to correct water supply and call back if its still slow coming out of dispenser. quoted 338.53, paid in full with c/c."
