cx complaint unit leaking and going off balance no matter what cycle. Was able to access unit and found f0e5 off balance f0e2 suds f5e2 lock failure. Ran test 12 and found unit banged around. Found the shocks failed. During fill found leaking from dispenser and bellow and during drain its struggling to drain due to impeller in pump is failing and hose has a pinholes causing leaks. While unit spins unit is giving err message as well. Unit is stacked and in a tight space so will need a 2nd technician to safely unstack dryer for repair. Customer complaint unit is not starting all the time and the start button just flashes and never stop. I tested the unit and the unit isworking sometimes and sometimes is not working. I called techline and they advice to to the service pointer to replace the small oven sensor first before replacing the UI. Last time we replace the right sensor but not the left. And adviced to check the harness and test for grounding or fraying. Im ordering the sensor and if we can get both UI by the time we come back send them and we wil put them on after replacing the sensor and testing if it works. Cx complaint that the unit is not turning off when use the potato heating setting. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. When there is a timer the unit turns off fine. The issue is when the unit is 'sensing' food to determine the time it does not show a set time. It just continues to run until it is manually stopped. "cx complaint control not operating correctly still. cx states unit will still make beeping noise at seemingly random times after control replacement. at first went to enter diag,at which point found that the control was not seated in the housing which was causing the 'temp setting' button to be permanantly depressed, so when the cx would close the door the switch would active service diagnostic cycle. correctly installed existing control and tested unit. unit now checks good."
