cx complaint preheated oven and went to place in a item and found the bottom of unit was glowing red. inspected unit and found a hole in the bake element cover. removed cover and found bake element shorted to ground and had a thermal event. element no longer has continuity. tested for voltage to element and found 240.5vac. I found then found bake element was getting 240 all the time. unit needs bake element and control. called safety. qouted cx for full repair $517.43. cx declined repair. no more work needed.

It went on over temperature, a 'call service' message came on the display, and I had to flip the breaker off.Ran diag, found no errors. Tested lower oven relays, they worked as designed. Ran a 350F bake cycle on upper oven and inserted thermocouple on lower oven. The upper preheated and the lower didn't go over 75F. Unable to replicate any issue.Called tech line, spoke to Andy and explained all I did. He had no idea and told me to try to replicate the issue. I was unable to replicate any issue, the oven worked as designed."

The freezer door gasket wasn't sealing along the top creating ice to collect around the fan. Defrosted ice around fan then applied heat to gasket so it would seal. The door seals all the way around when closing. Unit checks good

cx had 1 load done and on 2nd load running when i got here and unit was leaking. puylled unit and removed back as thats where water was coming from and water coming out hole on center left of unit through a drain hole. called tech line and spoke to Travis and SR#7734819589 found unit switched to new drum and changed ait port and this drum did not come with hose. advised to order hose and install hose and sit again with unit and run a entire cycle. advised cx we will try to over night or expidite part if we can. we went off pointer W11495084. office to schedule. cx also wanted to leave back panel off to dry and put a towel down so she can finish load in there. advised unit wont be secure and will wabble. put unit back per there request.; ordrng 1 W11495084 (Hose)

"Upon arrival Unit was working as designed except for the ice maker. FC temp was-2 and RC was 37. Evap fan running properly. Checked voltage from control and got 12.74vdc and same at fan itself. CX claims that carboard on boxes gets soft every now and then. Checked line going into IM and it was not frozen, however the fitting on valve itself was cracked in half. This is the reason water is not getting to IM. Made sure line was seated properlySpoke to Ed at WPTL (SR#7734846698). Went over findings and was tolf all my readings were good. Thinks the soft boxes are from unit being in defrost or CX leaving door open accidentally. Ordering dual valve. Spoke to CE and CX rescheduled for 12/9/22.; ordrng 1 W11482383 (dual valve)"

Cx complaint is that the icemaker isnt making ice consistently. Upon arrival I found that the FC temp at at 0 Deg. I ran the harvest test and found that the ice maker motor is loud and sticking at the twist position. I was able to replace the ice maker. The unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

Spoke with tech support and we tried to get the rc and fc fans to run in diagnostics but they did not, only the cond fan. Checked for voltage at the connection and there is 12vdc. "complaint is unit leaving clothes soaking wet. cx said it doesnt happen when her husband does laundry but happens to her frequently. when i arrived unit had finished a load. load was not soaking wet. spin speed set to medium. checked for codes and found F0E1 load in during clean cycle, F0E5 off blance, F5E2 lock failure, F0E2 over suds, F9E1 long drain. cleared codes, ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no codes or issues. ran several cycles without any issues. i did find some water stains at the bottom middle of door. bellows is allowing water to leak from door into the pull out tray at the bottom of unit. it had water in it. unit will need a new bellows. advised cx to check spin setting before starting cycle and went over loading/cycle selection. ordering bellows. schedule when; ordrng 1 W11314648 (bellow)"
