Cx complaint is that the unit would not fill with water. Upon arrival I found that the cx said that the float top had come off and they put it back into place and it didnt work. Cx then put it on a second time after noticing that it wasn't even and the unit has worked since then. I verified that the unit is now functioning. I found an F6E4 and F10E3. I then ran the diag test and found that it filled and functioned as intended and the error codes did not come back after the cycle. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

cx complaint is the door not catching the mullion when closing. confirmed complaint. i found the bottom fo the door missing the bushing. it was broken and part of it was inside the door. i removed it. found lower door cams missing. cx hand one she found on the floor after another company worked on it. reinstalled the 1 door cam. installed a washer and small plastic bushing to make door work for now. ordering door cam and bushing. cx paid for all but labor. will pay 110 on return. schedule when parts are avialalbe.; ordrng 1 W11245157 (hing-bushg) and 1 WP12028505AP (ref dr closer cam)

cx complaint is unit not draining like it should. shes not here her dad was and said he believes its not draining all the way. tested unit and unit filled and sprayed strong. canceled to check draining. took drain pump off and found a hair pin in pump and had it locked up. removed and tested unit again and unit checks and drains saw small drip from seal around motor and rempved motor and cleaned around and installed back and no drips seen now.and unit drains good and fast. job complete.

Cx complaint unit is leaking whenever they have medium or large loads in washer. Inspected unit no errors. Tested unit in diag twice no leaks. Put in towels from cx amount of a medium large load ran for about 15 mintues still no leak. Ran drain and spin still no leaks. Could not replicate issue. Unit is working as designed. Customer complaint is that the unit is still leaking from the front underneath. Ran the unit with a load of small towels to see if putting the unit under stress would cause the leak. Was not able to produce the visible leak that the customer is experiencing. Issue is internal where I cannot currently access to determine the source of the problem. Will need a 2nd tech to remove the full size dryer from on top. Adding dispenser assy and valve hose as pre-id's. pulled unit out opened system then instaled coupler used nitrogen and found pin hole leak at condenser to cabinet connection is rusting. fixed connection then installed uv drier vacumed unit down and filled to 3.7oz and started coooling. unit is good

"Customer complaint unit is leaking from the dispenser, The freezer started getting warm and is making a buzzzing noise. I tested the unit and the freezer was reading -5 and still going down the refrigerator was about 40 on the top of the unit and lower part was colder about 34 and in the drawer about 34 unit is cooling for me today. I ran test for and the three way vavle is louder thatn normal and i can hear the vavle moving position and stops the compressor turns on and sounds like is sqeezing gas or something then stops. When i ran compressor test the compressor is quite and is working fine on low speed. When on high speed the compressor is very loud and humming and it keeps getting louder and louder. installed ordered part and tested unit. unit is working as designed.

Complaint unit will not continue to heat. After previous tech visit they had stated to replace fan board. Installed new board and found was still not working. Inspected harness and found it was not seated all the way on connector of main board. Fan is now working but unit doesnt continue to heat after 15 seconds. Found cooling fan to not move either. After seating harness it now works. Called Techline and waited on hold for 30 minutes SR#7735177156. Came to conclusion after testing voltage at P4-1 to ground and had 119vac. Tested voltage at transformer during heat cycle and had 122vac. Found two wires on harness not connected to control all the way. Unit needs new transformer. Ordering for return visit. ; ordrng 1 W11628655 (Transformer)

cx complaint they pre heated lower oven to 350 degrees to bake bread and once unit was preheated they opened door to place bread in and the glass exploded. inspected unit and found lower oven glass was shattered. cx already cleaned up glass. cx also disposed of glass and oven handle. I found glass is no longer available. called safety to report finding. cx stated they are getting a new unit.

Custoemr complaint unit is not drying. I found the unit is heating and thubling andf blowing. I went outside to check vent and the vent was clogged up because the door is hard to open. The customer needs to replace the vent door. I did fine drum was off the wheel i reseated drum but the unit needs to get a handyman to replace the door which is the main issue. Unit is good.

CX complaint was that the FC LED was out. I found that the LED failed. I replaced the FC LED and unit test good.

cx says the unit stopped working miud cycle and left water in the bottom of the unit. was able to cancel the cycle and the water drained out. filled the unit with water and saw the water is white(pic). drained the unit and it is draining very slowly. drain tube ran on the outside of the unit causing the3 line to pinch. reseated the hose and tested. the unit is now draining good. the unit is good

Cx complaint that the unit is not starting at all. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. The control board is not getting any voltage (.38v). I checked the outlet and there no power there either. I checked the circuit breaker in the basement and the breaker tripped. I restored power and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

Pulled out unit, inspected water line, found no kinks or blockages, opened RC and removed cover, inspected valve, disconnected water dispenser line, no water leaked from dispenser, actived valve, valve delivering water. Removed dispenser line, found ice causing blockage. Melted ice to clear blockage. Re-assembled unit. Noticed void in door liner, as a precaution installed, shim on door. Unit is now working properly."
