F0E2 over suds F0e1 load in drum during clean cycle customer complaint of a rumble noise and clicking noise while using unit arrived today and inspected unit and verified complaint found suspension to be very weak causing tub to bounce around. Also found a dispenser door to not be seating properly during diagnostic cycle running test 12 I found during the unit slowing down there was a clicking noise on the back of the unit could not verify 100% due to unit being stacked. The client issue was the unit made a loud sale and gave a burning noise. Confirmed the issue with the loud sound when I picked up the unit. I've seen a lot of oil on the bottom of the unit on each component underneath the unit. Also I noticed when the machine was unplugged. I did get a little wiggle so i adjusted the feet to create a more solid seat on the floor. Tested and normal cycle and found it was hot once filled. Unit is working properly. CX complaint DW leaks. CX placed bowl at the lower left corner & it caught about 1/2 cup 1 cycle. Found wet spots under unit & arm is not at the correct spot. See SDpics. New sump is defective. Box was open & there were items inside that did not come from factory. See SDpics. Sump is defective - gets voltage - humms but no wash pressure. Put sump #2 back in. Ran test wash. F9 E4 error code persistent - wont clear after many tries. May be a control issue. Unit is still leaking. Left off lower cover with insulation - CX will air dry outside in the sun so UV rays can dry out & eliminate mold. Screws are on lower foot; ordrng 1 W10861526 (Sump assym - reorder defective) and 1 W10909089 (inner seal) and 1 W11341628 (Control)
