cx complaint the unit is not cooling again. checked the unit and found that the amp draw was at .6amps and low side is at -20 prewssure and the high side was at 190 psi. called the manufacturer and was told to isolate the system to see what section of the ss is restricted. blew from the suction line to the drier and had no flow. then i disconnected the evap and had airflow at the evaporator when cut at the cap tube. showing signs of a clogged cap tube. unit is deemed unrepairable. called manufacturer to inform them on the diagnosis and was told the unit is deemed unrepairable. cx is very upset and i advised her to contact the manufacturer at this time but they should be reaching out within the next 3-5 business days to let them know on the next steps. cx agreed.

I ran test and found 2 error codes i ran the test and the unit completed cycle. I ran quick wash and the unit stopped when the washer was abut to drain for the last time before drying. Now i cant drain the control clicks but nothing. i quoted customer for 230 for replacin the drain pump and the heater is covered by the service pointer. I attempted to removed the unit but the unit is not coming out because the the wood floors are too hig to clear the unit feet. Customer is going to have someone to cut the floor or removed it so we can have enough space to get it out. The unit will need to bring the drain pump back and order the heater. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is leaking Water from the Dispenser out of the Ice Dispenser. Found that the cx isn't closing the Left Door all the way because they are opening the Left Door and trying to close it. When I arrived the Left Door was open / not sealed to the cabinet. I advised that the cx opens both doors and close the Left Door first. I also asked if the cx uses crushed Ice. Cx says all the time. I advised that they run cubed Ice after getting crushed Ice to knock out the ice pellets. Unit is working as Designed. ( This is the one and only use and Care call that the cx gets. Cx is also aware of this also.)

Added two towels to the unit and ran a quick wash cycle. Found that when the unit drained, the standpipe nearly overflowed. Gearcase has a mettalic drag when in motion. Ordering gearcase and slider. Customer to have a plumber investigate the standpipe flow issue.; ordrng 1 W11449841 (gearcase) and 1 W10734521 (slider)"

"CX complaint dryer keeps runing after the cycle is done. The tenant was not present, I was unable to ask any questions and the maintenence person didn't know much about.Ran test mode, no errors. Ran a sensor dry cycle with a piece of wet paper towel on the sensor bars. The cycle ended in about 16 minutes, the paper was completely dry. I waoted several minutes and I didn't see any issue like the dryer keep running or the drum spinning. Instructed maintenence about wrinckle control/wrinckle shield options, and explained that if this options are selected, the drum randomly keeps moving, after the cycle is done, to prevent wrinckles on clothes. Collected $120"

"CX complaint water will sporadically work here and there. After last text visit, he had found this unit needed a pressure regulator for the waterline. Arrived to the job and inspected unit and found that this unit has a steel braided line which is not compatible with the pressure regulator. Found that when disconnecting the water filter theres a lot of pressure behind it and reinstalling it. You have to muscle it on because of the pressure. Ordering pecks line to properly secure pressure regulator. That way that this issue is no longer present. Will return when parts come in.; ordrng 1 W10267701RP (Pex line) and 1 Look (Look)"
