CX complai t is that the unint is not using enough water to complete a wash cycle. CX became verry agitated when I explained that I could not find any errors in opperation (no error codes and normal opp during auto test). CX became upset and informed me that he has to add buckets of water form a outise soruce to get his perception oif enough water in the unit. He also explained that the unit is tearing clothing (unit does need new washplate due to sharp edges and scores in palstic). CX informed me that he is a master tech with Volvo and VoltsWagon and knows when a washer is broken. He then used profanity telling me to fix his sh#t. I informed him that a washplate is needed and again he toled me to fix the F@$king unit then reffered to me a a F@$k. I ended the service call and left.; ordrng 1 LOOK (LOOK)

Cx complaint is that when the stove is powered on the oven is on contactly. Upon arrival I removed the front panel and found that the bake and broil relay has failed and had a thermal event causing it to be stuck in the energized position. I found that the control is NLA. I called Safety and informed them of my findings. Saftey had me give the cx the and inform them to call and speak with them. Job complete.

"cx complaint is the unit leaking during the drain part of the cycle. cx said it is a large amount of water leaking. found F0E5, F0E3, F7E8 saved. i inspected under unit before running it. i couldnt find aything damaged or leaking. ran a small amount of water into unit then ran drain pump. water started leaking from rear inside of unit. drain hose going from drian pump to the rear panel is split and causing the leak. unit will need new drain hose. cx paid in full for reapair.; ordrng 1 W11553446 (drain hose)"

"cx complaint unit lid doesnt always lock and has issues. also the unit leaks water into tub all the time and the dispenser drawer does pull out currectly. inspected unit and entered into diag and found f3e2, f0e4, f8e6, f5e1, f2e1. cleared code and ran auto test and found units lid is not locking all the timeI also found inlet valve is leaking all the time into tub. the dispenser drawer is warpped and not allwoing it to be pulled and pushed with ease. i found lid lock is locking but sometimes doesnt lock or unlock in diag. control is not sending voltage sometimes. unit needs dispenser drawer, inlet valve, lid lock, control. please contact cx once parts are in to set up a return visit.; ordrng 1 W11209429 (drawer) and 1 W11165546 (valve) and 1 W10810403 (lid lock assy) and 1 W11182869 (control)"

"cx complaint is the ignitors sparking constantly. when i arrived power and gas were turned off. as soon as the power was turned on all ignitors began sparking. if RR burner is turned on ignitor stops sparking. all flames look good. cleaned corrosion from burner head but no changes. called techline, they advised issue is switch or harness most likely. i found switch is cracked. replaced with preIDed part and unit now works as designed. cx paid in full for repair."

Cx complaint is that the unit is leaking gas. Unit is in a new build that it not completed. After unit was hooked up for about 18 hours the cx returned to do some work and the house smelled like gas. Cx tested the connections and found no leaks there. I found that the burners were functioning and I was unable to detect any leaks from the valves or manifold. we will need the combustable gas detector on return. I am also ordering the manifold as a precaution if the detector finds a leak from the burners. Upon arrival I spun the spin basket by hand and found that the gear case has a bearing failure I then found an F7E3, F5E3 and an F2E1. I tipped the unit back and found that the leak is coming from the gearcase as well. I am ordering the gear case and drive components. I am also ordering a 2 call count for gear case repair. Inspected the unit and found that in step 56, there are no errors, step 59, the ice maker motor ran and step 45, the unit did not fill, the fill tube was frozen. In step 19, turned the heater on and the ice melted and back in step 45, it filled. This is the second time having to melt ice in the fill tube. Cx complains RC is too cold. Has been having more and more issues for about 3 months. Outside ambiant temp is about 8*c or 46*f and RC temp is 5*c or 41*f confirmed with k-type thermal probe. RC is set to 41*f and is measuring within range. Instructed CX about use of inaccurate thermometers of the mercury and spring steel type and also instructed CX about unit is designed for indoor use and when temps get colder the unit will act more sparatic. No further work needed

"cx complaint unit is not cleaning dishes and some part fell off. inspected unit and found blue turbo manifold no longer holds itself to the feed tube assembly. i also found wash motor does run but pressure is very low. tested wash motor and only found 1.421kohms. I did find the 124.9vac coming from control to wash motor. i also found control panel buttons are not always working. the button plastic is becoming brittle and cracking. unit needs sump&pump, turbo zone manifold, and control panel. called (SR7735295468) TC third party and was told the manifold is on BO and the control panel is no longer available. WP told me to have this ticket closed out and they will contact AHS and let them know the unit is none repairable.; ordrng 1 W10250023 (panel-cntl) and 1 WPW10077600 (manifold) and 1 WPW10780877 (pump&motor)"
