Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Left & Right Front Burners take 5 to 6 Clicks to ignite. After the 5 - 6 Clicks the burners do ignite. I advised the cx that this is normal because they are power burners and they will take long then the other burners. ( Cx then called someone in his neighborhood with the same Oven and stated there's don't take this long. ) Called Whirlpool Techline Ref # 7735320935. Technical service pointer : W11643965. Checked the Burners everything is aligned. All Burners are working. Unit is working as Designed. Customer complaint is the units not cooling. I found that the light was on the refrigerator but the control settings are not on. Unit was just newly renovated and unit was just put in. Maintenance stated that they tried to turn it on but had no response. I held down settings button for more than 5 seconds all lights turned on and went to recommend settings. I found compressor in condenser fan turned on. I checked evaporator and evaporator fan turned on. Unit is now working properly. I advise maintenance that holding down the settings button should allow you to be turned on.

Customer complaing unti is not draining. I tested the unit and found the pump is not starting. I foiund debry inside. Clear it and tested. Unit is now draining. Unit is back to normal operations.

"F1e1 internal oven AM error F1e0 oven user interface error CX complaint unit will sometimes throw an error code while using. Also does not seem to heat as fast as it should and the last complaint is the fan sounds like an airplane. Arrived to unit and inspected and found the two error codes above. Cleared error codes and ran a test cycle to 350. Before running the test cycle I had found the customer uses splash mats all the way on the bottom of the oven. Explained that that could restrict heat From rising from the bake element. Customer also uses a metal temperature thermometer. Explained that there is no way that is correct because it heat soaks and for the amount of times that the unit cycles on and off it cannot fluctuate the temperature correctly. Tested unit without the mat inside of it and unit got to 350° within 15 minutes. While unit was running at about 300° the convection fan started making a loud hum and rattle noise. According to the error codes, this unit needs the control board and consul replaced as well as we need to replace the top oven convection fan. The control display is completely blank, the unit needs a new control board to resolve the issue. The oven light on remaining on while the control is not working, the bulb will probably blow.
