Customer complaint is the unit's dispenser door is not staying closed. Inspected unit and found the bottom of clip to dispenser is defective and not latching. I replaced dispenser assembly and tested unit. Units not working properly.

Cx complaint is that the oven is not heating up. Upon arrival I found that the cooktop is functioning but the oven will not heat up. I checked the heating element and it is reading 23.7 Ohms. Broil element- 17.5 Ohms thermal fuse- .6 Ohms and the temp sensor- 1.08K Ohms. I was able to access and replace the control. I then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. it preheated to 350. Job complete

Cx complaint that the unit's lid is broken at the hinge. I inspected the unit and confirmed the complaint. The damage to the lid near the hinge is not allowing the lid to lock and start a load. Cx complaint of shrieking noise. Was able to access unit and found that it was in the middle of the cycle. Let unit finish time and no noise was found. Unit is residential and used in a commercial setting where it runs continuously from 9am-9pm daily so parts are wearing heavily. Reccomended several times over past and today for cx to upgrade to a commercial unit. Unit heats and tumbles with no issues. At time of visit unit is working as designed. If cx calls back will need to schedule appointment for when they open at 9am and unit needs to not be in use. At this time no further work needed

I called and talked to Haley in the office and she stated that there was one an office stock. I asked to have job put on me for 12/22 from 3:00 to 6:00. How smart complaint is it units not making nice. I checked water dispenser at door and found good water pressure. I tried cycling ice maker by pressing the button on the bottom of the ice maker for three to five seconds. I just make your did not respond. I then replace ice maker with new ice maker that was pretty idea. Right away ice maker home and I pressed button again to cycle icemaker. I just make your completed a harvest cycle and filled with water. Unit's now working properly.

Installed new pump and tested. Unit is back to normal operatrions. Still needs a filter and they are getting a new one.

Also does not seem to heat as fast as it should and the last complaint is the fan sounds like an airplane. Arrived to unit and inspected and found the two error codes above. Cleared error codes and ran a test cycle to 350. Before running the test cycle I had found the customer uses splash mats all the way on the bottom of the oven. Explained that that could restrict heat From rising from the bake element. Customer also uses a metal temperature thermometer. Explained that there is no way that is correct because it heat soaks and for the amount of times that the unit cycles on and off it cannot fluctuate the temperature correctly. Tested unit without the mat inside of it and unit got to 350° within 15 minutes. While unit was running at about 300° the convection fan started making a loud hum and rattle noise. According to the error codes, this unit needs the control board and consul replaced as well as we need to replace the top oven convection fan. Arrived at the cx house. Cx states that Lowe's has came back and replaced the unit.

Door and mullion replaced and tested. Unit is working properly. Old mullion left with customer.

"CX complaint is that the unit will not opperate. I found that the unit is making a buzzing sound. I found a F7f1 erro code in diag. I cleared the code and ran a auto tesg and found the same buzzing sound after drain cycle. I inspected the under side of the unit and found no evidance of oil leaking. Per Technical Service Pointer #: W11632927 , I am ordering 1 run cap, motor, and lower harness . Once the parts arfe avalible, please have someone form the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11395618 (run cap) and 1 W11283592 (motor 49 @ tribs) and 1 W11590868 (lower harness)"

cx complaint units panel is discolored. found issue. pulled new panel out of box and same issue. not as bad but still discolored. the plastic wrap on panel is not on whole door and makes the bottom section of the door a different color. installed new door as it wasnt as bad. cx is going to call whirlpool and see if there is anything else that can be done.
