"Customer complaint is that the lock tab to secure the dispenser lid has broken again. Visual inspection confirmed issue. Spoke with customer to determine how they are using the lid and determined that the customer is not touching the lock tab, part is breaking on its own. The entire dispenser assembly has been replaced before. Upper rack is not making contact with the dispenser assembly. Found 3 of the prior lock tabs sitting in the top of the filter. Found no damage to the tabs, tabs had popped out of position. Was able to reseat one of the tabs into the current lid and it is currently working. Contacted tech support with findings. "cx complaint unit is not producing ice. inspected unit and found about 20-25 cubes since last out to install ice maker. I also found ice maker was emtpy and there was small ice cubes hanging on to the front of IM. i took a FC temp and found -5 with thermal cuppler. took a ice box temp and found 13 degrees. test 56 shows E5. test 58 showed 01. test 57 i found IM did harvest and finish test. test 45 I found water dispensed to IM. test 36 I found icebox fan came on and felt strong. called TL ran test 15 and found 02, test 36 with TL and fan never came on. TL recommended replacing the ice box fan and duel water valve. i also found FC door switch was faulty. was able to remove it. unit needs ice box fan, triple valve and FC door switch. once parts are in please call cx to sched; ordrng 1 W10846539 (evaporator fan blade) and 1 W11579561 (triple valve) and 1 W11396033 (door switch)"

I then checked the Splutch to the unit. Found that the Splutch is missing teeth. Installed new Splutch. Checked the Wash Plate to the unit. Wash Plate is tight. Ran a Normal Cycle.
