Cx complaint that the unit is leaking at the right corner and is making a loud vibration at the beginning. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. The loud vibration is from the drain pump running without water in the beginning of the cycle. I let the unit run for 20min with the front panel off. There was no leak at all from each corner. I told the cx there was a possibility that a dish or untensil obstructed a wash arm creating an overflow to the right side. I asked the cx to record and take photos if it happens again. The unit is working as designed.

I found unit had f8 E1, f9e1, f-zero e7, I plugged in it in and unit began to drain. I tried to go through automatic test mode unit would not let me start test mode. I unplugged all connectors on control board and reconnected connectors. I then tried removing pressure hose and unplugging unit and plugging unit back in. Units drain pump would just continue to run without stopping regardless of what I did. Like I said there was no water in the tub but unit was continuing to drain. cx complaint is unit shut down and stopped cooling not long after SS work was done. took temp readings of 72 in both sections. 120 at wall and compressor. compressor running and was 97 degrees and all lines room temp. no cold air or cold lines. condenser fan running and all lights and fans check. SS tech should of been scheduled back on a SS repair and check for leaks or plugs and take pressure readings not regular techs. all parts used but the compressor it looks like called tech line and spoke to Austin and tested and checked over unit and will order parts. Getting E1 = No Cool. Ran Service Test 36 - Ice Maker Fan Motor. Ice Maker Fan Motor is turning on and off. I then ran Service Test 57 - Ice Maker Harvest Test. Ice Maker Harvested. I then ran Service Test 45 - Ice Maker Fill Test. Ice Maker Filled with Water. Checked the Freezer Evaporator. Evaporator is showing signs of the Coils being Iced Over. ( Please see Sd Pictures if any questions.) There is Ice in the Bin from the Ice Maker. Order the Freezer Fan Motor = W11249952. Don't go without parts. Cx will need to call Whirlpool to get an Authorization. Cx will not pay for anything. Called office about this issue. Service call is Covered only.
