"cx complaint is the unit is leaking water. unit was leaking water from under the unit. cx had towles down in front of the unit, i checked for error codes and found the unit had fae2 drip pan water errror code. i removed kick panle aand found water under the unit. i ran unit and could not find any leaks from under the unit. i checked under the sink and found water coming from this area. looked under the side while running the unit. i noticed a water line under the sink was leaking water on to the dishwasher drain line. and the water was leaking down on to the floor from the drain line and into the drain pan. i advised cx will need a plumber to fix the water line under the sink thats leaking"

I ran a service test cycle and all components passed but the noise was hear when the unit spun then reverse direction as if it were sensing. I checked underneath and removed the splutch and found signs of friction. I replaced the splutch and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed.

Cx complaint unit is making a gurgle noise in FC. Arrived today and inspected unit. Found RC and FC to be cooling properly. Cx stated they had videos for me to listen to. Listened to a few videos and the noise sounded to me that either the water from the evap was beeping melted and hitting defrost heater. Or sounded like fluid running through the cap tube. While at home the noise never happened. The unit was making normal operation noises. The noise is odd that recorded on phone. But there is no sign of operation failure. Explained to Cx to call whirlpool customer care and give them the SR number that had been provided on previous visits. At this point we cannot do anything to fix this noise because it cannot be heard while we are here. Unit is working as designed job complete

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying when using any cycle the Dryer will stop running after 20 - 40 mins. ( This doesn't happen every cycle.) Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes = 8:88. ( Explained to the cx that the load might have a lot of moisture the pumps will activate and the Drum will stop spinning to kick all moisture out of the unit. Then the load will restart to Dry the Clothes. ) Advised that the cx reads the Use & Care Guide. Unit is working as Designed.

Cx complaint taking long times to dry. Was able to access unit and found 243.2VAC incoming. Ran diagnostic and found all to be working and moisture harness to pass. Ran on high temp and watched it cycle and it reached 157F high and 129F low. Cpntactced techline and spoke to Nate. At time of visit unit is operating as designed and techline wanted me to go over proper loading with cx. No further work needed

cx complaint unit displayed a f8e3 and they called for service. inspected unit and entered diag and found f8e3. ran auto test and found unit did finish with no issues. removed console and checked if pressure hose was fully connected and it was. units drain hose is properly installed. manually ran both water valves and found they turned off and on when asked. recalibrated unit and found unit is working as designed today. if anything unit might needs control. I qouted cx for control and told them to wait and see if it acts up again. cx declined repair as of today. charged cx only for service call $120 paid
