Found a lot of lint inside blower wheel to be off balanced spin. Cleared all lint and reinstalled all parts. Found unit vent hose is not properly secure and would have vent service cone out to clean vents. Blower wheels looks a little warped but was able to fix temporary. Cx understands to properly fix would to be change blower wheel. Unit is now working as intended job complete

Customer complaint unit is gradually getting louder when is on and icream sometimes is soft. Found unit is on an it sounded good but the compressor was very hot and the unit has good airflow. I unplugged unit and check compressor and compressor is very hot. windings are ok but is very hot. I reet power unit went into defrost and after a while the compressor came on and i can hear something grinding more thatn normal after a little bit the unit got quited but the compressor started getting hotter.
