Cx also was not using rinse aid or heated dry and also letting dishes sit inside unit for an extended time after they were washed. Explained to the cx all of these facotrs and why the mold is building up. Advised cx to clean everything she can with a cloth and then run a high temp wash with an affresh cleaning tablet. Did some research and found that it is normal operation in the new WP convection ovens for the fan to turn on and off because they reversed the fan and this is to help with circulationg the heat. I was able to access and replace both teh control and the console. I then started a bake cycle in both teh upper and lower oven and I found no heating. I was able to messure voltage betewwn K10 and k3 and found 50 V's AC. I tested votage at J8 connetion and found the propper 120 V's . I was able to inspect the juntion box and fou nd that the L2 and L1 connection are metled. I advisedd CX that she will need to contact a licensed electrican. to address the juntion box concerns. I turned the breaker off and advised CX to not power the breaker on untill inspected by a licnesed electrican. I found that the unit no longer has the F6E4 error codes and unit is allowing all selections to be made. I collected $140.00 for labor charges via check.

Ran unit through quick cycle with load, Unit is squeeling in agitation called techline and spoke to TJ who said unit sounds like belt slipping noise, to rough up surface of splutch pulley and see if that corrects issue. Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dryer isn't starting a cycle. Checked the power to the unit. L1 to N = 123.4 Volts. L2 to N = 123 .2 Volts. L1 to L2 = 247.6 Volts. I then. Checked the Door Switch. Door Switch is turning in the inner Drum light Off / On. Checked the Thermal Fuse. I'm getting Open Line. Installed new Thermal Fuse. ( The Thermal Fuse that office sent out was defective. Pulled a new one from Vent Stock.) Tested the unit. Unit is heating. Unit is working as Designed. ( I advised that the cx that they need to have a Vent company come out and clean the Vents. ) ; used 1 WP3392519 (Whirlpool Dryer Thermal Fuse ( DS / Vs)) from stock

"Cx complained the unit would shut down early and click and wouldn't start for a while. Inspected the unit and found no error codes and could not duplicate the problem. Placed a wet towel on the sensor and ran on a sensor dry and the time increased and decreased as the towel dried. Cx says they cleaned the vent prior and they may do 5 loads a day and it sounds as if the unit overheats, the motor, but is currently working as designed. Job complete"

cx says the unit will on occasion make a noise that will last for over an hour. found the freezer is at 0f and the refrigerator is at 37f when i arrived. no excess frost built up on the back wall. the unit is quiet right now. found a water fall of ice at the fan. removed the ice and the unit is going into defrost in diagnostics. tested the ice maker and the unit is dripping water at the cabinet down when filling. sealed the funnel to the cabinet and the unit is now good. cx to turn the ice maker on tomorrow
