"arrived to install motor to correct the shutting off issue and cx told me unit is no longer heating but has been running contantly. i confirmed the complaint, unit was set to air fluff. put it on high heat and ran unit with door open. heater got hot for a minute then shut off and didnt come back on. let unit cool then ran cycle again. heater stayed on for 2-3 seconds. pulled unit out, raised top and ran for a while. heater stayed on for several minutes at a time. terminal block shows 240 with unit on/off, heater on/off. temp prob shows exhaust temp is 110-144. unit never shut off while i was here. installed drive motor and blower wheel. found wheel was damaged and chipping apart. may have jammed drive motor or caused poor dryer. unit is working as deisgned."

Evaporator has a good Frost Pattern. The Freezer Outter liner has its original package tape right where the Door Seal sits against. Removed package tape. Door is now sealing. "cx complaint new fz door appears to be upside down. inspected unit, advised cx its not upside down and that the handle pocket is supposed to be on bottom of door on the fz door. also showed him how the shelfs inside door are correct and if it was upside down then everything would fall out of shelf. cx mentioned gap between doors looks uneven. loosened hinge screws and adjusted door so gap is even but the a gap in top side of gasket opened up. also noticed a little condensation is coming back. fluffed gasket wiith heatgun and gap closed up. advised cx to monitor and call back if condensation/frost comes back. if cx calls back, send tech with rtv(WP482338) to seal fz liner, could need new door if condensation persists after sealing liner. unit is working properly at this time"

Customer complaint unit is not heating correctly and the light in oven on the left side keeps popping the lights. Customer stated that the light burned out and was told that the light bulb is not covered by warranty they went to buy a new light and burnd out too. The light assembly is shorting and blowing up the lights the unit will need new Light assembly. I tested oven and notice the unit is under cooking. Calibrated unit got to hottest 393 and then started cycling about 345 low and about 370 high. Unit is good. I went to calibrate the lower oven and it did the same thing the unit will only heats up to 340 and does not do anything until i cancel and start the bake again the unit then start to heat up pass 350 Called techline and they adviced to replace UI .ordering UI.; ordrng 1 W11292252 (light-oven) and 1 W11600643 (UI)

"Per the previouse tech, I was able to access and replace the dule valve and the fill tube heater. When removeing the RC ceiling on the rght hand soide. I found tha the side LED's to start flickering. I reassmebled the unit and fou d that the unit is now dispensing water with out leaking and the icemaker fills with out leaking , however all LED's in the RC are flickering. Per Technical Service Pointer #: W11460554, I am ordering 1 LED MOD Kit (W11683243) and 1 LED power Board (W10830288). Once the contract is approved, please have someone form teh office call toset a return date.; ordrng 1 W11683243 (LED kit) and 1 W10830288 (LED power board.)"
