Pulled unit out the cabinet, found 2 extra drain hose connected in line to extend the original drain hose. The 2 hoses run under the cabinets in order to reach the connection on the displser. The extension is about 14 ft in addition to the original hose. Called tech line, spoke to Derek, he said yes, the long drain hose causes slow drain and generates F9E1. Advised cx, she must to contact the installer, or a plumber in order to have the issue solved. Service covered by first 30 days installation issue."

Cleared and found after running test cycle to water leaking but found lots of soap in unit. Used oil to remove and asked Cx what she was using for soap. Found Cx was using laundry detergent pods. Cleared all suds and Cx is going to get actual detergent. Unit is working as intended. Job complete"
