Tried to jump the Ice Maker with button underneath being pressed. Ice Maker will not Harvest. Installed new Ice Maker. Tested the unit. Ice Maker Harvested & Filled. No leaks. Cx then pointes out that the Arm for crutched & cubes ice isn't moving to allow these options. I put grease on the shaft. Tested the Dispenser. Dispenser is now Dispensing Crushed Ice Cubed Ice. Upon arrival I attempted to remove the wall oven to access the control and console. However I found that the oven was tight and unable to move. Cx removed one of the units above the oven and found that the installation is bad. The unis had spacers setting on top of each unit. The units are not on individual shelves. Upon arrival I found no error codes. i then manually ran the hot and cold valve and found that the water flow is sufficient and the valves are functioning. I then started a quick wash cycle and let the unit fill. i found that the unit is filling as expected. The unit is functioning as intended. "cx complaint unit leaking and not running properly. unit uninstalled and moved across room prior to arrival. noticed whole tub leaning. found top of tub caught under upper back panel causing tub ring to get chewed up. got tub unstuck. suspension tests good. no errors stored. only signs of leak i can see is splash marks all over back panel and inside bottom of cabinet. filled tub with water twice and ran agitation and pumped it all out, no leaks. think leak is from water splashin out of tub if it was run with tub stuck under back panel. floor is very uneven, wanted to get unit back in original place and run autotest. while moving unit RR foot snapped off. had enough foot left to get unit leveled. autotest ran good, besides belt screeching. ordering belt, splutch, tub ring and feet; ordrng 1 W11239857 (belt) and 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11550886 (tub ring) and 1 W11213957 (leveling feet)"

Accessed the junction box and found the black wires from the main harness weren't tight inside the wire nuts. Shut the power off and re-tightened the nut, ensured all wires were in working order, restored power, got 120v, ran test cycle and unit came on and completed cycle. Unit checks good"
