"cx complaint unit giving off balance errors, and is now making loud grinding noise intermittently, also screen cuts out intermittently while its spinning. inspected unit and verified complaint. ran diagnostics, f3e3 inlet water temp fault, f0e5 off balance load, f0e0. unit has service pointer saying inlet valve no longer has thermistor and may give f3e3 error. cx played video of grinding noise and it sounds like splutch teeth skipping. found white dust on splutch teeth. replaced splutch from v/s, found gearcase oil inside it. made sure agitator and spanner nut arent seized. ordering gearcase, belt and console. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 WPW10006384 (belt) and 1 W10721967 (splutch(AD v/s)) and 1 W11478524 (console), used 1 W10721967 (CAM AD v/s) from stock"

CX compalint was that the unit would not start a wash cycel. I found that the the unit is diag had a F7E4 error code. I cleared the coder and ran a test cycle. I found that during the agitation the unit wouldot move but the run cap would make a loud buzzing sound. I replaced the run cap and unit retested. UNit now completes a test cycle with out issues.

"cx complaint is the unit not washing. checked for codes and found F8E1 no water, F8E6 flow meter failed. cleared codes and ran service cycle. unit filled properly and started washing. unit completed service cycle with no issues or codes. started a normal wash. unit filled, washed, drained and refilled. water level is unit looks perfect everytime it refilled. i can see wheel on inlet assembly spinning when unit fills. issue may be intermittened problem with flow meter. cx now says the dispensor doesnt open every time. it worked during testing but i didnt put a pod in it for testing. ordering inlet assembly and dispensor. scheduled return visit for 9/20.; ordrng 1 W11535094 (water inlet assembly) and 1 W11412300 (dispensor)"

Customer complaint unit is not cooling correctly and the unit is leaking. I found the unit leakiing from the freezer. Overflowing. I found the tube is clogged. Clear tube and unit is draining now. The evap fan needs replacing. The shaft is loose. Unit will need new evap. Cx stated that she has to move the setting up in the freezer to cool. I turned the unit off and let it warmed up and when i turned it on i had to go passed mid to get the unit to start. The frost is good. Unit will need new thermosthat. I quoted cx for motor evap and thermosthat collected 120. If they call back 364.85; ordrng 1 WP61004888 (motor-evap 87.72) and 1 WP61005516 (cntrl-temp 139.05)

Cx complaint is that the unit is leaking on the LH side onto the floor. Upon arrival I removed the outer door and started a quick wash. I let the unit run for approximately 25 mins and found that the unit is not leaking from the dispenser or fan. I was unable to get the unit to leak. I was able to access unit and replace the side inlet valve with flow meter as per previous tech. I found inlet valve itseld is working as design and unit does not need it. I also took pictures of how drain hose is hooked to unit. it goes down into floor then back up under sink into disposal. i did test unit and found no leaks. cx to try and see what it does.
