Found FC door gasket to be intact and making good contact with cabinet. Found some gaps in the liner that i was able to seal, and found that the FC door was sitting slightly lower due to a worn bushing. Was able to replace bushing and unit doesnt seem to be getting outside air from anywhere else. Unit is now working as designed, no further work needed."

arrived brand new building called number he said park in the back and didnt have the complaint. went inside everyone speaks spanish. looked at unit everything is there not hooked up so plugged in no errors then unpluged. spun dum by hand and makes a squeeking like noise. found drum is hitting bellow. removed rear panel and removed rotor and it seemed tight. reinstalled rotor and tighten it good and now tub is not hitting the bellow its close but not touching or making the nosie anymore. i think i fixed unit if that was the issue its two far away from laundry room for my to hook up brand new floors. unit should be good to go

came out to resolve the issue. upon arrival found that the sealed system is in good shape. amp drae between .65 and .7 amps. LR agrees ss should not be tapped into at this time. frost pattern fully forming. unit was in defrost when i arrived and coil was clear and then i let unit cool and frost pattern formed. evaporator fan is good to go. thermistor was in range. ordering a new control and thermistor to replace together due to the unit going into a defrost prematurely or staying in there too long. will return once the parts come in; ordrng 1 W11446726 (control) and 1 W10316760 (thermistor)
