CX complaint unit is leaking water underneath of unit. This unit is at an appliance store that has no way of testing the unit. Inspected unit the best I could and found that tub has damage at the back right corner you can see were there is an old waterline leaking from where the tub damage is pulled back of motor off and water poured out of the motor unit is going to need a new tub and sump and motor to properly repair. Explain to customer if I have no way of testing after we repair I cannot guarantee the repair. Customer said there is a hose Spicket outside that he will make sure to have a hose to test once repair is done. Customer will give us a call. "CX complains everytime unit goes through drying cycle unit kicks breaker. Ran unit through diagnostic cycle with amp clamp to see amp readings. during wash cycle unit is pulling 1.35 amps, during drain cycle unit is pulling .235 amps. Unit did not kick breaker in diagnostic cycle nor did it get close to max amp draw. Put unit into pro wash with heated dry to replicate what CX normally does and watched amp draws. high limit thermostat reads 0.0 ohms during normal cycle, heater element shows 11 ohms. CX claims unit would have kicked breaker by now into the cycle, was unable to replicate issue CX was having. Instructed CX that it could have something to do with breaker being shared with basement receptical, but at this time unit is working as designed"

TL suggested placing regulator on the supply valve side using pex tubing to reduce pressure. Cx is having licensed plumber replace the copper line feeding from valve to unit. "cx complaint is the unit is not working properly. i found control not responding properly when in maunal test mode, when i activated the water valves the drain pump came on only for both cold water and hot water. i found f7e1 tach not reading or missing signal. i replaced control and actuator. i then checked suspension and found it is working poperly. one bounces once when pushing down on basket. i ran calibration. then manual high speed test. i had to adjust front right leg. when in high speed test unit was making sound coming from pulley and bottom of unit. also basket is out of balance. no oil from gearcase. unit has bent gearcase shaft. unit will need new gearcase, pulley and belt. parts in stock; ordrng 1 W11449840 (gearcase) and 1 W10721967 (pulley) and 1 W11239857 (belt)"

"CX has 2 complaints. First is that the unit is leaking water when the filter is removed. I found that the pressurized seals on the filter housing have failed when the filter is removed causing water to shoot out of the housing. I am ordering 1 filter housing (W11162042). Second concern is that the RC has lost cooling. I found that the evap harness has fragmented and not making a soild connection from the harness to the defrost heater. I was able to temp secure the harness. I am ordering 1 defrost heater with harness (W11650660). Once the contract is apporved, pleaase have someone form the office call to set a retun date.; ordrng 1 W11650660 (defrost heater with harness) and 1 W11162042 (filter housing)"
