"Cx complaint that the unit is not dispensing water or making ice. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I pressed the paddle to dispense water, only a small amount came out. I checked the IM and found the fill tube clogged with ice. I removed the ice and ran a harvest cycle. The harvest cycle completed but a very small amount of water was inserted. I check the water supply to the unit, it was fully turned on. I removed the water tube connector to the door near the water filter and dispensed water, and still little to no water was coming out. In all test I can hear the valve engaging. The unit needs a new dual valve to resolve the issue. I'm ordering the part for the return visit.; ordrng 1 W11546685 (dual valve)"

"cx complaint unit is not washing the clothes, inspected unti then ran unit door locks but will not spin looks to be trying but will not. pulled unit apart and checked control and had weird marks on it so replaced it and retetsed and still same issue. checked motor from control and is 8.5 on yellow wire and 8.4 on red wire i think it was. motor and harness are good. i did find actuator wire on top of plate under unit and is tight and could be stressing wires so moved that and retested and finally got unit to spin and is really really loud. unit seems to have a gearcase issue. ordering gearcase,shifter,capacitor for return needs to be a 2 count job on return and psssible we might need to check under tub so will need second tech to lift dryer off.; ordrng 1 W10883783 (gearcase) and 1 W11614637 (shifter) and 1 W11176560 (capacitor) and 1 look (look)"
