"CX complaint is unit shuts off and doesnt finish cycle. Inspected/tested and the only error code I pulled was an F0E5 OB code. Ran diagnostics and unit would not go into hi spin. and agitate locked up after one turn. Looked under unit and saw alot of oil on bottom inside base and drive components. Gesrcase replaced a yr ago so not sure if this is from prior. Rotor bareley turns. Pulled rotor and clutch and insopected slider for defect and did see any. Ordering gearcase, slider, clutch, rotor/stator and suspension. Could not pin point exact issue but definitely no operating properly. I also calibrated unit before diagnosistc. Cannot reschedule at this time. "cx complaint is the unit not running cycles. checked for codes and found F5E1 lid switch fault, F0E3 overload, F7E9 locked rotor, F2E1 stuck key. cleared codes. i tried locking the lid but display went blank, lid latch did not click at all. lid is starting to break at the left hinge. hinge looks fine but trim along back of lid is seperating and glass is pulling up away from the plastic underside of the lid when its being opened/closed. i found nothing out of place with drive motor. basket spins freely. ordering lid latch and control board for return visit. marking lid for use on return beings i wasent sent with it. schedule when approved.; ordrng 1 W10810403 (lid lock assy) and 1 W11182868 (control board)"
