"Sr # 7735854706Cx complaint unit would start drying but not dry clothes put unit into diagnostic mode and check for error codes and had none. Checked voltage at wall and had proper voltage disconnected vent hose to feel if I had air blowing out and then unit would not power back on reconnected vent hose and now have power at the control started unit while unit was running pull the vent hose off and shocked myself very bad. Tested voltage on dryer vent and to ground I had 2.6vac traveling through vent. Call Techline SR number above they insisted we need to change the main wiring harness as well as the element. When I disassembled unit to inspect harness, I found nothing shorted or grounding. Did find blower wheel stripped out blower wheel needs to be replaced. Disconnected unit from power and explain to CX not to use unit that there is a short somewhere and we dont want to damage anything in the home. Will retest once parts are installed. ; ordrng 1 WP697772 (Blower wheel) and 1 W11310055 (Main wiring harness)"
