"arrived to install ordered parts. found unit is siliconed to the countertop. showed cx and they said its ok to remove unit anyway. they contacted builder to have silcone removed and maybe replaced. installed all ordered parts. burner still will not ignite. cx also pointed out how discolored the burner heads are. unit is within 30days of purchase. ordering all burner heads and caps. center cap on the RF burner doesnt fit the same as other burners, it can be slide around a lot. no other cap fits any better on that burner head. ordering all burner heads and cap kit. schedule when available.; ordrng 1 WP8286815 (burnr-head) and 1 WP8286813 (burnr-head) and 1 WP8286814 (burnr-head) and 1 W10836409 (burnr-head) and 1 W10836474 (cap-burner) and 1 W10831828 (cap-burner)"

I checked the yoke and it is still secure. I found that the ice bin had ice jammed in the front and frost on the cubes. I verified that the ice door was not leaking any air. cx says the unit stopped making ice then stopped dispensing and now the water is back but still no ice. found good water flow from the dispenser. test 56 no errors. no ice in the mold but test 57 the ice maker completed harvest. test 45 the valve hummed but the tray didnt fill. test 19 the heater is getting 120vac and i can feel the water line heater heating but is not making solid contact. reseated the heater and ran test 45 again. the unit is now filling good. test 36 has good air movement. test 7 to 2.
