Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Washer is getting out of balance. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes found. Cx is trying to Wash blanket / comforters. I advised that they will need to take those items to the laundromat. I also show the cx the water fill on the Normal Cycle. I advised the cx on a regular load to break that down to 5-6 loads and wash small amounts at one time. This is a use and Care Call. Advised to the cx they only get on of these.
