"cx complaint the unit is freezing rodcue in bottom drawers, frosting in freezer, ice clumping in dispenser and not dispensing, ice bin getting stuck, etc. found the fresh chill on assorted. that keeps the damper motor open. set unit to the produce section which keeps that damper closed. next i noticed that the ice chute seal does not have a indention all the way around the gasket. therfore, ordering a new motor and gasket to solce that issue. that can also cause the unit to frsot up in the freezer seciton if moisture is getting into the freezer through the ice chute. also ordering some sealant to seal the cabinet in freezer as well. finally, the ice bucket stuck. auger motor not dispening crushed proeprly. caused damage to motor and bucket. ordering all parts needed to resolve the issue.; ordrng 1 WPW10546285 (motor ice chute) and 1 WPW10504458 (door-chute) and 1 W11574171 (ice container) and 1 W10822606 (auger motor) and 1 93249 (clear silicone sealant)"
