cx says the knobs are loose and the burners are not heating correctly anymore. found the knobs and shafts all are tight and the knobs are not damaged. cx say they just replaced the knobs since it took us a while to come out. found the middle burner is not getting a good flame pattern. the orifice are badly clogged and i tried to clean them and its better but not good yet. cx is on lp gas. the unit needs the conversion kit for lp done again. the left rear burner doesnt spark well but at this time the cx does not want that issue to be repaired; ordrng 1 W10676661 (spud-orfce(30.56))

"cx complaint unit shakes, leaks and overall just performs poorly. checked unit found F0E9. checked tub ring for potential leaks, no issues with that. no signs of water deposits under unit. no apparent issues sticking out. called techline spoke with Chris. advised to have cx load unit infront of tech to see how theyre loading it. found a service pointer W11617330 Rev. A speaking about the exact issue shes having. advised the cx of what pointer had to say. also found banging noise coming from drain hose vibrating on cabinet and informed cx she's missing the U piece to go into her pipe stand to keep drain hose from popping out."

"cx complaint is the unit not cooling at all. cx said they opened fridge and found it at room temp after not opened door for about 2 months. cx said compressor would come on for a few seconds then lights would go out and everything would stop. cx had electrion inspect outlet and he found no issues. when i arrived unit was room temp, evap fan was running. compressor cycled on for a few seconds then went off again. when compressor comes on amp draw jumps to 8.44amps. compressor is locked up. ordeing new compressor and couplers. schedule when all parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11370574 (compressor) and 1 W11504419 (tube) and 1 W11504420 (coupler)"

cx complaint is one day she saw water or oil on the floor where the feet are and now theres spots on the floor. no codes in unit. recalibrated and ran auto test. unit ran smooth and quiet through all stages of cycle. pulled unit and no sign of of or water. ran a quick cycle to see if unit would leak. canceled and drained and pulled unit. nothing seen or found. cx said it was when she did a big comforter. water may of been spraying over the top as unit may of been to full. she will keep a eye on unit and make sure units not overfull or filled to top and see what happens. she will pay 120 service call.

Ohmed out both thermistors at 5.031K ohms which was ambient temp at the time. Found everything kept powering off. Replaced control with pre-id and unit ran but frost pattern never formed.
