"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling properly. Checked the Pressures to the unit. Low side is reading 0 . Hight side is reading 135 Psi. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 4 - Compressor Test. Waited till 3 Way Valve to open both sections. Unplugged the unit. Checked to see if the system will have equalized pressures. Removed all the Freon in the system. Charged system with 140 Psi on Nitrogen. Let unit sit for 20 mins. Garages stayed at 140 Psi. System has no leaks. System is showing over charge, so this means that the system will not cool properly. Charged system with 5.50 Oz's. Pressures are now 1 Bar on the low side. 120 Psi on the high side. Unit is starting to Cool properly. Unit is working as Designed."

Cx complaint is that the unit is not heating properly in the oven. Upon arrival I found that the unit was in a storage room at RAC and was not plugged in. I tested the elements and found the bake element at 22.1 Ohms and the broil element at 19.8 Ohms. I was able to get the unit hoooked up to the power. I then set the oven to 350 and ran a calibration. I found that the temp averaged out to 337 degrees. I adjusted the temp offset up 15 degrees. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

"CX complaint: stopping in cycle. Tested and verified complaint. I found the spin only activates when drain pump activates and both stop at same time after maybe 30 seconds then wont come back on for few min. At end of spin, it added water. Timer WP8546685 needed. I quoted CX price to replace and explained that there could be other problems i cant see yet due to timer not working properly. Saved quote. CX paid 120.00 for service on CC. CX did not approve repair at this time. Job is complete"
