"Cx complaint is unit leaking during wash. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the door gasket on the top left and right corners to be defective. Gasket was curved in on the corners causing the door not to make contact on the top left and top right corners. Had signs of water leaking down edge of door. Replaced door gasket and was ablew to shape it around the corners alot better. Tested unit and unit did not leak. If cx calls back with same issue, tub will have to be ordered to correct gasket issue. Job is complete."

I checked the ignitor ohms, it read OL. I replaced the bake ignitor and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is working as designed. I notice the bake flame too high, the orifice is for NG not propane (cx has propane). The unit needs a LP orifice for the oven. "Cx complaint is that the unit is not heating. Upon arrival I found that the unit turns on and spins but is not heating. I removed the rear cover and found tested the tco (1.0 Ohms), the heating element (11.0 Ohms), thermostat (.8 Ohms) and the thermal fuse (1.0 Ohms). I then tested the voltage at the element and found 120 V at the red wire from the motor. I then checked the vlotage at the TCO and found 8 volts. I then accessed the timer and found that the timer is not sending any voltage out the red wire for the heating circuit. I quoted the cx for the cost of replacing the timer. Cx paid in full. I was able to set the return visit for Wednesday 3/15 PM preference.; ordrng 1 WPW10185982 (timer)"
