"Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator isn't cooling properly. Checked the Pressures to the unit. Low side is reading 0 . Hight side is reading 135 Psi. I then ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. Ran Service Test 4 - Compressor Test. Waited till 3 Way Valve to open both sections. Unplugged the unit. Checked to see if the system will have equalized pressures. Removed all the Freon in the system. Charged system with 140 Psi on Nitrogen. Let unit sit for 20 mins. Garages stayed at 140 Psi. System has no leaks. System is showing over charge, so this means that the system will not cool properly. Charged system with 5.50 Oz's. Pressures are now 1 Bar on the low side. 120 Psi on the high side. Unit is starting to Cool properly. Unit is working as Designed."

Cx complaint is that the unit is not heating properly in the oven. Upon arrival I found that the unit was in a storage room at RAC and was not plugged in. I tested the elements and found the bake element at 22.1 Ohms and the broil element at 19.8 Ohms. I was able to get the unit hoooked up to the power. I then set the oven to 350 and ran a calibration. I found that the temp averaged out to 337 degrees. I adjusted the temp offset up 15 degrees. Unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

"Control and lid lock replaced and power restored. Suspension tested good. Minor adjustment made to level out the cabinet. Ran test cycle and the cycle ran properly, unit remained stable, and the lid lock is working properly. Has the customer load the unit to make sure that there is not any issue with the unit that is only showing up while it is loaded and to make sure that the unit is being loaded properly. Customer normally uses the quick wash cycle, so that is what was used. Customer just dumped the load into the unit without trying to distribute the load. Unit rebalanced on its own during agitate and the unit was able to spin normally. Suggested that customer try to balance the load when initally loading the unit. Unit is working properly."
