cx complaint the unit is not spinning out slothes still. unit has had gearcase replaced within 2 months. checked unit and it sounds great throughout the test cycle mechanically. no issues with gearcase. when in manual high spin with no clothing the unit is rocking back and forth pretty excessively. unit is level all the way around. that leaves the suspension rods as the issue. ordeirng new suspension rod kit. will return tomorrow since the cx is upset that the unit is still not fixed. do all suspension rods since it is not obvious which one is defectivve.; ordering 1 W11130362 (suspension rods)
