Replaced cab wrapper as per previous diagnosis. Tested unit and am now getting a gap on the left. Body appears to be contorted. Called WPTL and sent TL a pic of the problem. Customer complaint unit is that the ice keeps getting stuck on the chute and when she wakes up in the morning there are cubes on the door tray. I tested the unit and ice cubes a good size and found the ice door is working but sometimes it get stuck open and sometimes it closes really fast and jamms ice still coming down. Customers complaint is unit still not performing properly on a certain cycle. Found the extra power button was on when they used that cycle and it uses very little water to boost the concentration of soap to boost stain fighting. cx complaint is unit started with no water out door then no ice and things on top shelf are freezing. took temp readings of 7 in freezer 36 in fridage. unit set to 37 n 0. when pressing paddle as well as test valves open and check. filter gets pressure and i emptied. put filter back in then nothing but filter fills. replaced filter housing and same. also found both temp sensors blocked and units not reading temps the way it should. cx had new filter and the same. will order both valves as well as control. office will schedule when paerts are in.; ordering 1 W11512399 (VALVE-INLT) and 1 WPW10341320 (Duel Water Valve) and 1 W11620204 (Control)

Cx complaint of rattling/bumping noise. Arrived today and inspected unit. Ran diagnostic cycle. Found no error codes. Ran diag cycle and unit completed cycle with no issues. Heard the drain line tapping back panel when spinning. Adjusted unit to make sure nothing touching. Inspected under unit and found nothing wore out. Inspected suspension and it was tight and. Customers complaint is of a loud squealing sound when in use. Inspected unit confirmed complaint. I removed front and tub. I found sound coming from idler arm. I replaced idler arm and tested unit. Unit is now working properly. Customer paid in full with check number 3519

Customer complaint is at the unit is not cooling. Inspected unit found freezer evaporator completely frosted over and frost built up on evaporator cover. I put you in a test mode I found all through Mrs check good except for freezer thermister. I removed the evaporator cover and began to clear ice. I checked evap thermistor and found it was not fully seated in the connector and sticking halfway out of the connector. I received connector and now it shows that it passed. I turn heater on and have 122 volt to the heater and heaters getting hot. After clearing ice and testing all functions unit is now working

American plane is that the front right burner is not igniting. I found if I turned front right burner to the large burner setting it would ignite but once I went to center then it began to click. I checked through unit and then found that the center should not be turning off and going to simmer because the center is the center burner. Remove cooktop and found that the center burner had orifice pipes that cross each other in the front right burner had orifice pipes that did not cross each other. I looked and I found that these pipes on the front right burner should have been crossed. I removed those orifice pipes in Cross them then retighten them. I tested the unit in the unit is now working properly.

Cx complaint is that the unit is not starting. Upon arrival I found that the cx has had F6E1 error come up. I entered diag and found that no error codes have been stored. I then attmpted to start a diag test and the unit is not responding to touch inputs in some of the keys. I replaced the console and then attempted to enter again. I ran the key test and found that the keys are all now responsive. I attempted to run test 12 and the unit will not go into the test. Unit will need the control replaced as well. Cx complaint is that the unit is not heating consistantly. Upon arrival I found that the unit is igniting within a couple sparks. I then ran the auto test and found that the unit has an F2E1 and F1E1 fault. I am ordering the control. replaced compressor and filter pulled good vac and filled 4.8 oz and evap started frosting allow 24 hours.

no screws were ordered with the unit. had to drill out the bolts to get the screws to replace the slider clutch stator gearcase and rotor. ran the diagnostic and the unit gets a f6e3(communication) f7e7(motor) f7e4(basket) and a f7e3(basket). tach sensor is not reading when i spin the basket by hand. the basket spins freely by hand. does not calibrate. called tech support and spoke with a andy. file number. says replace the main control and drain pump; ordering 1 W11419171 (control) and 1 W11396717 (pump)

"I was able to access and replace the dual valve and fou d the same results. I ohmed out the dual valve and the inlet. I found both valves to have a resistanse reading in between 230 and 250 ohms. I accessed the RC evap and found the resavoir to be frozen. I defrosted the res and fou d water to dispense. I am ordering 4 gaskets (W11573592) for the RC evap fan scroll and will return with 1 res (W11204869). once the parts are avalible , please have soemone from the office call to set a retun date.; ordering 1 W11204869 (Water Reservoir 2@tribs) and 4 W11573592 (fan scroll gasket.)s"

Customer complaint is that the unit is not cooling. Customer States you can hear a humming sound. I found unit plugged in and not cooling. I could hear the humming sound coming from the back of the unit. I found this sound is a start device trying to energize the compressor. And then clicking off. I found the compressor is pulling 10.9 ohms when trying to start the compressor. Compressor is extremely hot. Condenser fan is running. I did not find any signs of any leaks. I advise a customer that the unit will need the compressor replaced. I found that sealed system parts and labor are covered under entitlements. I explain this to the customer and that the service call for today is not covered. And that they will owe the $120 service call charge. Customer explained to me that the compressor should have been replaced over a year ago when the unit was still in warranty. Customer stated that he will be calling Whirlpool to dispute the service call charge. Customer did not pay for service call; ordering 1 WPW10466675 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10608485 (EVAP just in case)

"Customer complaint is that the unit stopped working after they did one load and the unit was very hot. Inspected unit found after pressing start button the unit would not tumble or respond. I found that tube is crimped in multiple areas but is only about 4 ft long. I removed vent from the wall and immediately noticed it was completely clogged with lynn. I remove that from unit and found the same exact thing. I documented lit in the vent. I cleared all lit with lint brush. And reformed then. I removed back panel and sound thermal fuse had opened again and was also missing a quarter inch screw from the thermal fuse where it mounts to the blower housing. I reinstalled new thermal fuse from Van stock and quarter inch screw. I reattached event and tested unit. Unit is now heating and has good air flow. I also went outside to make sure that vent door was opening properly and it is now after removing lint from vent door as well. I advise customer that they should replace vent here very soon just do to the crimps that were in it and to have a better airflow. Customer understands and unit is now working properly; ordering 1 WP3392519 (Thermal fuse) and 1 LookAHvs (Look AH vs), used 1 WP3392519 (Thermal fuse) from stock"

The unit is leaving water in the softener tray. Customer states that she doesn't use software tray but after cycle she'll find water in it. I advise her that it'll still go through and fill water up through this area. Regardless if it's being used or not. I ran diagnostics found unit does not have any error codes. I ran diagnostics test that runs all cycles. And tested unit I found a small amount of water in the softener tray. I removed tray and made sure that siphoning caps were pressed down firmly. I found detergent one I could press down more. But it's okay it's on anything to worry about. I also made sure that what unit was level had to adjust front feet just a little bit. Unit is working properly

Arrive to replace gear case and basket. I inspected basket before starting repair. I found large dent in the side of basket. Advise customers that we will have to reorder basket it would rather to replace all parts at the same time. Reordering basket; ordering 1 W11178227 (Reordering basket)

CX complaint was that the oven door would not close all the way. I fpound that the right side hinge bushing was binding. I was able to access and replace the hinges and the gasket due to tear. Unit test good.

Customer complaint is that the freezer light burned out the day after it was replaced. Confirmed that the freezer door switch is working properly. Socket is shorting and taking out the replacement bulbs. Ordering bulb and socket.; ordering 1 W11661565 (socket) and 1 W11518235 (bulb)
