Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Refrigerator is leaking Water from the Dispenser out of the Ice Dispenser. Found that the cx isn't closing the Left Door all the way because they are opening the Left Door and trying to close it. When I arrived the Left Door was open / not sealed to the cabinet. I advised that the cx opens both doors and close the Left Door first. I also asked if the cx uses crushed Ice. Cx says all the time. "CX complaint water will sporadically work here and there. After last text visit, he had found this unit needed a pressure regulator for the waterline. Arrived to the job and inspected unit and found that this unit has a steel braided line which is not compatible with the pressure regulator. Found that when disconnecting the water filter theres a lot of pressure behind it and reinstalling it. You have to muscle it on because of the pressure. "Cx complaint that the unit is not making ice. I inspected the unit to confirm the complaint. I found the IM was in the off position. I turned on the IM and ran a harvest cycle, it completed the water did not enter the unit. I found the fill tube clogged with ice. I removed the ice and tested the unit for the cx. The unit is now working as designed. Cx wants to replace the 2 drawers, I provided a quote for the parts.; ordrng 1 W11162443 (drawer 88.69) and 1 W11162446 (drawer 76.59)"

Found evidence of left side of door not always seating properly upon closure, allowing water to build up around left side mounting tab that runs down outside of cabinet. Adjusted door, sealed mounting tab holes with clear foodgrade silicone. Job was in a limited cell area, calling techline on monday to document findings.; schdld next appmnt for 12/12 MON !"

"cx complaint control not operating correctly still. cx states unit will still make beeping noise at seemingly random times after control replacement. at first went to enter diag,at which point found that the control was not seated in the housing which was causing the 'temp setting' button to be permanantly depressed, so when the cx would close the door the switch would active service diagnostic cycle. correctly installed existing control and tested unit. unit now checks good."
