Cx complaint is that the unit is not making ice. Upon arrival I inspected the lower harness and found no signs of broken or damaged wires. I then ran test 44 and found that the ice maker was able to complete the harvest cycle. I then ran test 45 and found that it filled as well. I ran test 47 and found that the thermistor is reading valid temp cooler than harvest temp. I then ran test 48 and found that the ice maker bucket detector switch is not responding or changing when the bin is removed. This vicit was is a call back on a sealed system job I did on 11/1/23. Upon arrival I took low side pressure and it was sitting at a 5in vac. Couldnt do high side. FC tem is at 2F and RC is at 38F. The complaint is CX hears ringing and swooshing noises. To me the unit sounds like it is functioning normally bowever the compressor is making a loud ringing noise. Temp of compressor was warm/maybe a lil more at best. I tried moving all lines and condenser and nothing made this sound go away.Im not sure if the sound is coming from the lines inside of unit and just vibrating in the back. The swooshing noise is absolutely normal when refrigerant is moving through the lines. Called WPTL to document this appt to avoid any escalation with CX in future. Spoke to Adrian at WPTL.

I accessed the terminal block and tested the incoming voltage. I found that the unit is getting 118v on L1 and 0v on L2. I also accessed the element and found that it i reading 10.2 Ohms. I also found that the tco is reading .6 Ohms. The unit is functioning as it should. I informed the cx about the incoming voltage and that an electician will need to look at the power supply. cx complaint that unit is freezing no issues and when arrived cx complaint of the noise vibrations of the unit just running.. i found when arriving the unit is leveled and they also have the legs on pads to help any sound reduction not much success cx has video of noise and when running and pressing on the door or the sides the noise goes away. i found tioday rge fans are running no issues with them and the noise.. and the noise could be benefited from adding thermal mastic to the compressor condensor lines to help with vibrations when opersting. ordering several mastics and call to rechd when in to return. the unit is under wrntty per the enetiltment page see the pics for veirifed. call to reschd; ordrng 4 w11553819 (mastic)s

"Upon arrival i found 3 degrees in FC and 11 degrees in IB. CX informed me that the ice had been intermitant. Tested and it was showing an E5 error code agian. When i harvested, IM sounded very rough. When fill test run, valve activated but did not open. Evap harness not needed due to temps holding correct but ordering IM and triple valve. "cx complaint unit heats but doesnt dry, takes multiple cycles to get load dry. inspected unit and verified complaint. airflow coming out of vent feels a little weaker than airflow coming out back of unit. cx took vent off and it does need cleaned. tech sheet says burner should cycle off at 150* and im reading temps coming out the exhaust at 150+ so it should be heating good. found unit only set to run for 30min. changed run time to 45min and cx cleaned out vent while i was doing that. i also shortened the vent to eliminate a turn. tested unit, airflow coming out vent feels slightly better, but im not convinced load will dry in one cycle. ordering control and cycling thermostat. advised cx to have tenant try it out and call office and cancel if its good now; ordrng 1 W11475717 (control) and 1 WP8577274 (cycling thermostat)"
