She has to cancel and restart multiple times and eventually completes. I found the error codes for the sump and vent. Dispenser is Closing properly. ( I advised that the cx clean the Dispenser Door. ) This area is known for surges. I advised that the cx gets a surge protector. Refrigerator is cooling and all lights are on. All 3 Fan Motors are working without turning the unit off. Cant tell if the boards are damaged. "Was able to access unit and replace parts per previous visit. Tested unit and unit ran as designed. While exiting the home, CX complained that they heard the sound again. CX states unit is randomly making a clinging sound while rotating. Not making unusual noises while technician is there, just noise of clothing hitting side of unit as its rotating. Called techline and spoke to Kirt who said unit seems to be working as designed. CX will need video with audio if noise persists but as of now no further work needed"

"cx complaint unit off balance. checked unit to find no stored error codes. performed calibration. confirmed front legs of unit needed to be lowered to level unit. leveled unit on four corners and tested with 4 towels during low speed spin and drain not bad. once spin ramped up. heard slight sound from gearcase advised cx issue could be in gearcase but id recommend starting with suspension since no oil was visible on bottom of unit. quoted cx for suspension remainder balance to change suspension 248.60$ 110 labor, 116.60 parts, shipping 15, tax 7$. cx to talk to husband prior to repair. advised quote good for 30 days."
