"arrived to find FC at -4, RC is 36. cx still has some towels around the unit. pulled unit out and found compressor running at .92amps. SS lines are iced up from back of cabinet almost all the way to compressor. hooked up gauges and let unit run. low side shows -10, high side shows 60. spoke with Mark, he said pressures are correct. verified condensor fan and evap fan are running, called techline to document, they advised draining system and recharging with 56g of R600 then monitor to see if issue returns. i replaced UV drier. vacuumed system and monitored it for 10min. it held vacuum. charged system with 56g of r600. restored power and unit began cooling. pressure are good. working as designed.; ordrng 2 w10143759 (UV drier SB VS)s, used 2 w10143759 (UV drier) from stock"

I accessed the float tray and found water. i was able to remove the tray and cleaned out . I reinstalled and entered idag. I found the F8E4 and cleared it. I then ran a test cycle and found evidance of suds . CX informed me that he uses soap / spung to clean before dishes are loaded. I edjucated CX on the effects of suds and how to remove with cleancycles using White vinagr. Unit test good.

"CX complaint is not dispensing ice. Inspected/tested unit and found two possible issues. IM was frozen solid and auger could not turn blades in bin it is however making ice at this point. Broke up ice in bin and when dispensing it was dispensing crushed and cubed ice at same time. Ice dispenser dripping because warm air is getting up inside bin. I couldnt see any defect in ice door and explained to CX the need to make sure chute is clear after dispensing by holding cup under for a few seconds. When I dumped ice out it appeared the blades were almost stripped which could be causing the mixed ice issue. Ordering ice bin, ice door and new coupler to make sure of proper seating betweeen bin and auger. Cannot reschedule due to lowes contract. cx says they ared getting a f9e1 error code. found the unit has a f8e3 at the moment i arrived. the door is locked on the unit and the unit is full of clothes and water. saw the unit has a rubber backed rug in it. was able to get the water out and found the drain tube from the tub to the drain hose was clogged. removed the clog and ran diagnostic cycle. the unit is now filling draining and spinning good. th eunit is now good
