"Cx complaint unit is not igniting in top oven. Arrived and inspected unit. Verified complaint. Placed unit into a bake and broil. Cycle and igniters never came on when turning on bake or broil control clicks, but nothing happens. Tested voltage at both igniters and was getting numbers from .23vac to 4.34vac and was bouncing back and forth. Gas never came on. Bottom oven worked perfectly, went to quote and found control is no longer available. Cx paid 120.00 for service call."

CX complaint unit is violently moving during spin cycle as well as making a small noise during some point of wash cycle. Arrived today and inspected unit. Found unit was unlevel by almost one whole inch on one side. Inspected underneath unit and found a lot of soapy residue buildup that legs were sitting on. Placed unit into diagnostic mode and found no error codes after re leveling unit and cleaning area Unit was sitting on. ran diagnostic cycle and unit completed cycle with no issues. Re-Checked for error codes and had none. re-calibrated unit and tested another time and unit completed again with no issues Explain to customer that issues could have just been the leveling of feet and what it was sitting on. unit is working as designed no parts needed job complete

"cx complaint unit still left called clothes wet at end of cycle twice since we were last here. Inspected unit and found 0 saved error codes saved. ran test 12 and found unit completed cycle without issue. I asked cx what setting is used when unit is used and was told regular, cold wash. I turned unit on and found it saved last setting and units spin was in the off postion. called TL was told if unit is finished with spin in the off postion that unit will save that. cx is turning unit on and just hitting start. I ran a quick wash with a high speed spin and found unit finished with no issue. cx needs to run cycle with spin on high and unit will then save that setting. unit checks good."

cx complaint is this unit is the one that replaced other one for issues and unit always throws the suds code and unit is still wet and not draining. she tried a few loads with smaller ammounts of soap and still same issue. found code F0E2 Over Suds F5E4.door not open error cleared codes and tested unit. ran drain and spin. unit drained a bit then started cycle. went over soap and water temp and how clean things are going in with cx. very low stream of water coming into unit. dispencer had small leak at hose fitting. pushed hose on more. was able to blow through pressure hose. broke unit down and found 3 baby wash rags in screen. removed and checked over and put unit back together. tested again and unit drained and ran as it should now. unit checks. job complete.

"CX complaint: not cooling. Tested and verified complaint. FC at 70 degrees, RC at 60. No frost at all on FC evap. This seems related to the previous visit so i did not charge the 120.00 service fee but i did make CX aware that i may be wrong about not needing to charge so i prepared him for the posability that i may need to call him next week to collect payment if i am wrong. Both issues are with the sealed system and the leaking may have been caused by extra water flow into a slightly restricted drain tube from a freezing capilary tube. Per TF, I quoted CX price to pressurize system and find leak and quote for repair. CX declined the service at this time. Saved this under Quote2 using parts WPW10143759 service drier and W11506635 coupler. Job is complete"

"cx complaint was unit smelled like it was burning and the heater box was beat up confirmed the issue turned unit on and didnt smell any burning let it run for about 20-30 mins still no burning smell so i went to check the vent seen the vent had NO air flow outside cx sad they got the vent cleaned but when i went to look inside i seen only half the vent was being vented outside and the brick to the house was in the way, cx said the old unit was removed because it wasnt drying the clothes all the way and this one was doing the same the discoloration is coming from the dye of the clothes being dried over and over again because its not drying like it should the first time cx want the heater box and dryer front but want the vents fixed first"

"CX complaint is that the unit is loosing temps in the nFC. I found that with a thermacoupling the temops in the FC are at 25 dergrres set for -4 . I was able to access the FC Evap and found no forst pattern and a large ball of ice over the top RH conner. I called WP Tech Line to document. I am ordering 1 Sealed System repair.
