I then attempted to recalibrate the unti and start a auto test and found that the MN/SN info was not saved in the controls. I removed the new console and reconnectree the old console and found again that the MN/SN info was not avalible. I called WP Tech Line and spoke to Chris. I explained my findiongs and TL informed me that the unit is no repairable.

Once steam option started while running water was leaking out the front of the door. Inspected door and found seal to be properly installed used a little adhesive at bottom of gasket just in case. Inspected nozzle and found nothing blocking or making it spray in a direction. Its possible that the inlet valve is letting too much water through. cx complaint is with temps in fridge as well as unit leaks water out ice maker and forms a puddle on bottom and ice is all stuck together and drips out door at times. units O-O-W and she knows and didnt think she needed a warrenty on a new fridge. took temp readings first of 0 in freezer 40 in fridge 22 through ice maker. unit set to 33 and 0. tested and checked unit and went over unit with her. shes very upset with unit and not working already. found freezer evap clear and fridge evap frozen over. no fan in ice maker as well as different size cubes and high spots. went over unit and parts and gave her quote. shes very upset and said no shes calling kitchec=n aid about this. she was told unit was covered for 10 years and now finding out its not and having to pay that much. needs defrosting; ordrng 1 W11658802 (Ice Maker 152.16) and 1 W10846539 (Ice Maker Fan 188.83) and 1 W11087438 (FF Evap Fan 126.87)

Evacuated system and charged system with 120psi of nitrogen, Held 120psi for over 30mins, vaccummed unit down and held a vaccum for over 20mins. No leaks detected.
