"CX complaint unit is not producing ice. After previous tech visit he had found after repairing the unit it was working properly. I arrived today and inspected and found recirculation pump to not be running. Installed new recirculation pump and tested unit, unit is now working correctly Tested max ice and found water continues to fill reservoir to the point of overflowing into ice bin. Called Techline and spoke with them. Found that programming on main control board is bad for max ice which is telling it to continue to fill water reservoir. Normal mode works properly stayed at home until ice was being produced And never overflowing reservoir. Ordering main control for return visit and will test max ice again to verify that it was fixed properly. ; ordrng 1 W11034363 (Main control)"

Was able to empty drain pan and reset unit so it would stop beeping. Unit shows signs of water failure. Ran unit through diagnostic test to try to locate failure point, unit did not fail during diagnostic test, ran unit through normal cycle to try to replicate issue again, unit did not fail again. Called techline to document findings, spoke to Brandon who said if unit is not currently having issue after testing CX is going to have to keep an eye on it and report if any other issues occure. No further work needed. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."

"CX complai t is that the unti is not completing wash cycle. I foudn that the utni has several error codes to include F0E5, F2E1 and F5E4. I found that the lid is fragmenting on the left side. I am ordering 1 LH hinge (WP8563965), 1 RH hinge (WP8572974), and 4 Screw (WP489069), Lid will be used on return visit. Please have somoene formt heoffice call to set a retun date. I was able to run several test cuycle to include 2 auto test , 1 recalibration, and several manuel test cycles. I found the unit tobe opperating as designed with out issues. I called WP Tech Line and spoke to Chris . TL agrees with no parts needing to be replace for funtional concerns other then above mentioned lid parts; ordrng 1 W10810403 (LId lock) and 1 WP8563965 (left hinge) and 1 WP8572974 (Righ hinge) and 4 WP489069 (hinge screw 5)s"

"F6e4 CX complaint unit is not draining properly. After previous text visit they had installed new parts from a previous tax visit. Arrived today and inspected unit. Found unit fills and starts washing but then when forcing a drain drain pump comes on but no water gets pressed through drain line. Unit has a clog And needs to be replaced to properly allow water to leave unit. Explain to customer that they need to have the entire area clean before we can do repair. I explained that we cannot work in certain environments, and that certain things would not be covered calls by an outside source.
