FC fan is not running. Tech sheet & manual troubleshooting guide lacking in info. No chart to indicate what test steps function. Test 00 & cubed ice for FC thermistor takes you out of test menu. Called techline test 56 for FC evap fan. Fan runs in test mode but not normal cooling or when set to max freeze or -2 or lower temps. CX is very unhappy about unit not working since new & arrived with a defective defrost heater. UI is nonresponsive. Several tries to get into diagnostic modes or select temps. Reset slides and doors closing properly. I tested IM and no fill. tube frozen. Checked valave and it is good. Heater replaced was installed improperly. I also used insullation tape to fill gap at IM by line and down fill tube. Replaced with new fill tube heater. Went to level unit because it is wobbling and doors were not even close to being aligned.Found Roller cabs on cabinet renedered defective from install and unit cannot be safely balanced or leveled. Ran a 90 minute timed cycle and the element failed to turn on. Element and thermostats tested good. Retested and the element did turn on. Let the unit run for a little while and cycled power to it several times to try to determine whether one of the thermostats is sticking or if the problem is on the control relay. cx complaint is they moved in a bit under a year ago when builder was done rebuilding and they noticed issues as time went. oven wont heat or hold temps right front burner high or low flames as well as right front outter trim door piece is coming off and trim pieces are lose. units a bit over a year old. went over unit with them and tested and checked. ignitor does not glow or get hot. outter shell of door is not sticky anymore and pieces are coming off. at time only had 120 on one side of ignitor. was able to adjust flame on right front burner. will also need outter door shell. at times when pressing buttons half the number show or screen flasher. shes very upset about this and a new unit. she said she will be calling whirlpool as well as getting warrenties on things now. service paid.; ordrng 1 W11176456 (Outter Door 256.65) and 1 W11176454 (Ignitor 76.40) and 1 W11126814 (Control 334.54) and 1 W11178521 (Name Plate)

"cx complaint is the unit being loud, not making ice for days at a time and dispensing crushed ice when cubed is selected. cx said auger motor will buzz but no ice comes out. he removed the bin to find it empty. cx said unit is being loud right now, i heard no unusual noise, just fans running. unit is set to 35/0. prob shows 35/1. i found bin full of ice. some cubes were still bridged. i adjsuted fill amount. tested dispensor. it dispensed cubed ice but cx pointed out the 2-3 broken pieces of ice that went in the cup. called techline to document. while on hold IM cycled and refilled. techline had me check to make sure IM tongs were not damaged or binding, they look fine. they advised unit is working as designed. gave cx SR#. unit is working as designed."

F9e1 drain issue F7e1 single speed failure Fae2 vent wax motor CX complaint unit every time tries to start. It trips the breaker. Arrived today and inspected unit placed unit into diagnostic mode and found three error codes above cleared error codes and ran a normal cycle unit ran for 10 minutes with no issues forced to drain and unit completed tested a few more times and never had any issues went to reinstall terminal block cover after checking voltage and found 122 V AC went to install cover and could feel electricity coming through my hand. Inspected harness and found no pinched wires or anything out of the ordinary. Started cycle and wiggled power cord coming into unit and unit tripped breaker. customer is going to need an electrician to come out and inspect. Possible power wire issue coming from house. Explain to customer he needs to get a receipt showing the electrician came out to inspect or repair. Unit is working as designed job complete
