"Arrived to cx home and cx stated the temps have been up and down in both sections .. found unit at -18in vac and 70psi.. equalized to 5/5 psi.. cleared ice ball on evap and pressurized the unit w/ 140psi .. used bubbles to find leak , no sign of leak .. contatcted wpl techline before i checked w/ bubbles and told them all thats happened . tech said if no bubbles found when preswsurizing unit, potentail leak in cabinet .. i checked and couldnt find any and called back.. other tech stated to replace shratters and refill unit .. i installed new shratters and deep vac system and refilled . got low side to -4in vac / 70psi.

F7e4 basket re-engagement error F6e3 communication error CX complaint unit is leaving close soaking wet arrive today. Inspected unit and found two error codes above. ran test cycle and unit completed cycle with no issues but F6 E3 error code came back up. Customer stated when it has a load it does not spin. Leaving clothes wet at end of cycle. Went under unit and inspected removed rotor and found teeth on rotor were a little rounded Inspected clutch assembly and found the metal friction part has separated from the plastic which is causing it not to re-engage. Customer would like to repair mechanical parts before electrical parts. Will return on scheduled date. Customer will owe $110 for labor on return visit.; ordrng 1 W10734521 (Clutch) and 1 W10915701 (Rotor)

Cx complaint is that the unit is making a loud noise when it is running. Upon arrival I found that the unit is making a loud vibration/rubbing noise when the drum is spinning. I found that the noise is present even turning the drum by hand. I removed the drum and cover for the blower wheel and found debris stuck in the housing causing the noise. I cleared the debris and inspected the motor and other componants and found that the unit is functioning as intended. Job complete

"Cx complaint is that the unit is not heating. Upon arrivai I found that the ventilation is good. I then tested the terminal block and found that the incoming voltage is correct. i then removed the rear cover and tested the TCO, thermal fuse, thermostat and element. All tested within range. I then checked the connections at the motor and found that the they are secure. I found that the timer is not allowing voltage to the element. I am ordering the timer. please contact cx when the parts are available to schedule the return visit; ordrng 1 WPW10185982 (Timer)"
