"i was able to access unit and replace the compressor, evap, filter/dryer as per previous visit. I was able to pull system into a 30in vacuum that i found to hold for 30mins. I then charged system with 56g of R600A. i found units low side to be pulled into a vacuum. I found no frost pattern to be produced. I then discharged system and charged system with 140psi of nitrogen. I found within the 15min that i waited for TL that it lost about 2-3psi. unit to be sent for review for exchange. once I hear back from WP I will reach out for a ship job to call cx with results.; saved tckt"

I was able to access the drain filter and found no clogg or debris . I was aboe ot enter diag and found the F9E1 error code. I cleared the code and ran a maneul drain in diag. I found the drain motor to come on ,but with a low pulsating grinding sound. I removed the pump and found no clogg in the pump itself. I am ordering 1 drain pump (WPW10605427). Cx complaint is that the unit is not drying clothes and has water leaking from under the unit. Upon arrival I found that the unit is heating. I checked the lint screen and found that it is blowing air out not pulling it in. I removed the vent duct from the wall and found that it is flowing through the vent hose but not past the wall. I found that the exit had something jammed in it not allowing the flap to open. I removed the obstruction and verified that the dryer is now venting properly. Job complete.

"Customer complaint unit stopped heating and working again after previous tech arrived today and verified complaint found 240 V AC at wall and at terminal block. Remove back panel after disconnecting power and inspected thermal fuse and found open line removed element to inspect for an arc or ground mark and found no marks on element or cage that element is in reinstalled all parts and tested unit. Unit is now heating did not find any lint at bottom vent hose, but after connecting, there was very weak air coming out of House, which could explain why the thermal fuse keeps blowing Explained to customer he is going to have a vent cleaning service.
