CX complaint unit is not cooling as it should arrive today and inspected unit and verify complaint found temperatures at 28 in freezer and 56 in refrigerator. Removed control and inspected and found control is correct and not double sticker. Removed everything from inside freezer and found frost on the back wall. Removed eve app cover And found evaporator frosted over melted ice away with steamer and found defrost harness brown wire was Deepend from connector. Repaint connector and using electrical tape secured pen to connector just in case it ever try to back out again. Melted the rest of the ice away reassembled unit explain to customer give it 24 hours and check back to make sure there is ice in the bin and temperatures are good. Temperature was set to ideal temp and freezer was set to ideal freezer temp. Unit is now working as designed job complete

She heard a loud sound then came back to the door of the unit open and water going everywhere. She then unplugged the unit.' Unit is slightly unlevel. Dispenser drawer was not in rails. Secured dispenser drawer. Ran unit through clean washer cycle. Removed drawer of stand to watch for leaks. No signs of leaks from rear, underneath or front of unit. While in cycled tried to lightly open door and door is locked securely. Ran through a normal cycle with towels no signs of leaks. Unit is working as designed."

Model/serial # is missing from the unit, but was able to verify information via the customer's purchase receipt and registration card. Inspection of the fresh food evaporator found the evaporator is frosting over. Per SP W11329116C, ordering updated control and cover. 2 labor count and parts covered under S27311. Inspection of the ice maker found the fill tube wiring intact. Unit would not run diagnostics, kept resetting. Cycled power to the unit and retried test 120 and the unit reset again. Possible issue with the ice maker, but could just be a control issue. Will need to retest the ice maker after the control set is replaced. Fill tube wiring good; ordrng 1 W11333076 (control) and 1 W11167902 (cover-evap)"
