Cx complaint us that the LF burner is not working. Upon arrival I found that all the other burners are working as intended. I was able to access the burner and found that it is getting the proper voltage when it is turned on. I then tested the resistance on the burner and found it to be reading OL. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid in full. I was able to replace the burner and then tested it. i found that the burner is now functioning as intended. Job complete.

Remove bottom floor pan inside unit and found bake element had burst causing unit not to heat. Customer had stated it had tripped his breaker ordering terminal block as well for return visit. CX complaint unit has small drops of water on right front of unit arrived today and inspected unit. Customer had a photo on her phone showing where they drop of water was. It was on the cage that house is the float switch. Went under unit and could not find any signs of water check for air codes and had none present. Ran cycle for 15 minutes and no water ever dropped or had signs of water anywhere. Inspected spray arms and found both spray arms to not be clogged. No obstructions to stop from spraying float switch was working properly. Explain to customer that I cannot make leak happen that if it happens again to give us a call. "Cx complaint is that the unit is not starting and before it quit is was making loud noises and had leaked from under the unit. Upon arrival I found an F7E5 and F2E1. I then entered diag and found that the unit is agitating but the clutch is not activating the slider. I then tipped the unit back and found that the unit is leaking oil and water during the spin cycles. I also found that the control is not sending voltage to the clutch. I quoted the cx for replacing the gear case, control and related parts. Cx paid the service call and is going to shop around before deciding on the repair."

"cx complaint is the unit displahing DS when trying to start cycle. landlord said unit worked fine before being moved to this house, tennet says its never worked for them. i tried starting a cycle and unit displayed DS. i opened/closed door and unit began filling and washing. after a minute or 2 the error returned. door is locked and lock light is on but display shows DS. i unplugged unit, removed top and reseated all connections on door switch and board. started another cycle. error didnt return unless door was pulled on slightly, clothes may be pushing on door during cycle. door hinges do have some play but parts are no longer available. i quoted cx for ne door switch. they paid service call and said they would most likely replace the unit.; ordrng 1 WP8182634 (latch)"
