CX complaint unit will not wash clothes arrive today and verified complaint found error code f7e1 for tachometer error. Went in diagnostic cycle and unit got to agitate. All we heard was a hum. Went under unit and inspected and found all the capacitor oil had left the capacitor. And there was a puddle of oil on the floor. Removed cover And disconnected capacitor and removed cleaned up all oil and made sure everything else was installed properly and secure. Install new capacitor tested unit after a diagnostic cycle unit completed with no error codes factory calibrated unit unit is now working as designed job complete

cx says the unit is not powering up. found the unit does not power on. the control is getting 120vac. the ui is getting 5vdc. the unit has a f6e2(communication) error code in memory. replaced the controls and ran the manual test mode. the cold water line was blocked with sediment so cleared that and flows better. the unit is now good

cx complaint was unit didnt cool confirmed the issue with cx but when i got there the unit was cooling great FC and RC the cans of coke cx had in unit was nice and cold but the only thing i did see was the ligt switch was missing and the control ui wasnt working on touch ordering new ui and light switch; ordrng 1 W11384469 (Refrigerator Light Switch) and 1 W11666427 (control)

Error code showing is E0 which is No Error Code. I then ran Service Test 57 - Ice Maker Harvest Test. Ice Maker Harvested / Dumped small codes of Ice. Ran Service Test 45 - Ice Maker Fill Test. Ice Maker Filled. I then ran Service Test 36 - Ice Maker Fan Motor. 02 Ice Maker Fan Motor is Off. 01 Ice Maker Fan Motor started. Ice Maker Fan Motor is working. I then ran Service Test 15 - Emitters Board Test. Emitters goes from 02 to 01 once I put my finger over the optics. Checked the Freezer Temperature with Meter. I'm getting 20.3 Degrees. Refrigerator Temperature is 45 Degrees. Unit will need a Seal System Repair. Unit will need the Coupler & Drier .Called Whirlpool Techline. Per Whirlpool Techline. Do the Access Valve and Drier only first then Pressure unit with Nitrogen. Check for leaks. Then go from there. ; ordrng 1 Wpw10143759 (Drier U.v.) and 1 W11506635 (Whirlpool Refrigerator Access Valve Coupler) and 1 Nitrogen (Nitrogen)
