CX complai t is that the heating element is wraped. I found that due to the wraped element the lower spray arm melted causing a burning smell. I foun d in diag a F9E4 error code. I also found a pice of broken glass in or around the gears witch turn the spray arm. I called WP Saftey Team and explained my findings. WST approved a parts auth. Please see Parts and SR provided by WST as well. I am ordering 1 Lower spray arm (W10860176) and 1 heating element (W10703867). I have set a return date for 6/13. CX comoplai t was that the unti would not start a wash cycle. i found that the the unti had no error codes stored in duag. I was able to run a test cycle and found that the lid locked and water fille. Unit would then make a loud buzzing souns and no movment formt eh ba=sket or wash plate. I was able to inspect the under side of the unti and found the run cap had failed. I replaced the run cap and unit no completes test cycles and a recalibration. Unit test good.
