Cx complaint ice is dumping on regular basis. Inspected and found icemaker had full tray but hadn't harvested. Pressed reset and icemaker harvested and released ice in tray. Found the cudes were clear and not ready to dump. Found the temp setting in RC was set at highest temp. This was preventin the ice from freezing and dumping. Set temp at recommended and icemaker filled with water. Instructed cx to monitor how often ice is being made. Unit runs as designed.

Ordering parts needed for repair and will use actuator on return along with 2 call count due to amount of work needed. Inspected door gasket and found no rips or tears. Seated door gasket back into door. Made sure door was sealing properly. Customer also stated that ice and ice bin was clumping together, I found no signs of air leaks into refrigerator or freezer customers ice bin was full to the top as it does not look like ices use that often what is happening the ice is sitting for a long period of time in through defrost cycles. ice gets a little warm, and then when the freezer temperature drops down, it freezes a little bit of the ice together. Found new sign of faulty, icemaker, or temps. Unit is working as designed job complete."

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that there is Water Leaking from the Door on the Left after running two cycles. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. I'm getting FAE2 = Vent Wax Motor Electrical Problem. Checked the Vent Wax Motor. No signs of any leaks. Gasket is bent in on the Vent Wax Motor. Installed new Vent Wax Motor & Door Gasket. Tested the unit on Service Diagnostics Test. No leaks. I then started a Pro Wash cycle. I let this cycle run for 15 - 20 mins. No signs of leaks. Unit is working as Designed.

Ran test 58 and is colder that recomended settings. I then ran test 19 vavle is energizing but not water is coming through. Ran test 15 and the unit is not filling. The unit is not defrosting the fill tube this could be a board issue or ice maker issue or both. F8e6 no fill CX complaint pods are not deteriorating and getting into unit and can only use hot water arrive today and verified complaint checked for error codes and found one above. Cleared error code and ran diagnostic cycle. During diagnostic cycle. I found a cold water valve had barely to any water coming out of it inspected cold valve and it is turned on properly. removed old inlet valve and found cold side was completely clogged with sediment from well. Replaced inlet valve And tested unit unit is now filling properly and completed diagnostic cycle. CX paid in full job complete
