"unit was off on arrival at the ui.. started unit, but fnd pantry ui is out and the fzr drawer tracks are faulty as well... unplugged the unit and then unplugged the pantry ui at the door harness.. the unit on start up seemed to function better as the compressor ramped up once started up without the pantry ui... ran tests in diag for thermisters, fan motors, also ren the test for the 3 way valve and the valve is noisey.. fnd heat in the highside and at the drier after 2nd startup... will need the 3 way valve and am advising the customer to keep unit running untill next service to see if unplugging the pantry ui corrects issue...; ordrng 1 w11575003 (3 way refrigerent valve)"

CX complaint unit is not draining properly. Arrived today and verified complaint and found water sitting inside of tub. Placed unit into diagnostic mode and found no error codes. Forced drain and found garbage disposal. Connected to sink was overflowing into sink. Ran garbage disposal and broke up anything that was inside potentially clogging the drain to the unit. After doing so the unit drained and removed all water. Inspected drain hose and found there was no High loop which could also be causing water to flow into unit from sink. Made sure unit had a high loop and ran a test cycle and let unit run for about 15 minutes Every time unit drained it completely rid of all water. Unit is working as intended. No parts needed job complete

Cx complaint is unit not cooling in the RC properly. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the unit not running on arrival. Temps were 8 in FC and 50 in RC. Turned up temp on control to max and unit started to cool. Unit was cooling for about 5mins and started to build a good frost pattern. The unit then went into a defrost. Tested defrost thermistor from control as well as RC thermistor. Both were within a few degrees of the temp at the time. I believe this is a control/defrost issue. "upon arrival cx said she had bge come out and check gas supply. gas pressure should be between 5-14' of WCP, BGE said pressure is 6.5' WCP and unit is definitely hooked up to natural gas not LP. unit still sooting on right side. replaced LF and LR orifices anyway. replaced regulator, tested unit and the flames do seem to have a slight difference arent wooshing as much. advised cx to monitor and call back if issues persist. cx asked if we could replace burner heads again since soot wont clean off anymore. advised cx that may be a cosmetic issue only covered in first 30days and we were able to replace them before because it seemed they were causing a functional issue. advised cx to call cx service to see if they will send out new burner heads."
