"cx complaint is the unit leaking. cx said water comes out from under unit on the left side. cx says its a lot of water and started suddenly. i checked for error codes and found F7E6 motor fault. cleared code and inspected under unit. and found nothing out of place. ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no issues or leaks. i ran each water valve, cold has less flow but i didnt find a no fill error i filled the basket with water. no leaks. drained all water, still no leaks. i called techline to document, they had me remove rear panel. found water stains down the outside of the tub from the water missing the basket. they advised replacing valves. SR#7736667101. ordeing valves.; ordrng 1 W11205048 (inlet valves)"

"Cs unit is not cooling, confirmed complaint.Found temps 48 degrees in the fc. Compressor and evap fan not running.Half frost pattern.Compressor tested ok. Pressures also ok low-8high+50. Inspected further and found thermsitor ohmed ok but its in the wrong location.Thermsitor in on the cap line with frost over it. Relocated thermistor and monitored unit.Compressor and evap fan finally came on and started building a frost pattern. Unit is now working properly.Advised to monitor unit and allow 24hrs for temp to drop."
