Fabrics burning hot & sensor dry doesnt work - unit keeps running. Dryer has to be run on timed dry. Found no error codes. Measure moisture sensor at J13 red blk. Reads open & 1.8M to 2.3MegOHMs when shorted with a damp towel or damp finger. Called techline. Per techline check for damaged harness or short to grnd. BLK or RED to chassis grnd open. Checked harness no visual damage. Returning tech: compare J13 measurement before & after harness is replaced. Called techline. Same SR: 7736663813 Recommend: repeat temp log+avg & adjust calibrate value replacing main harness if new parts did not correct issue. Repeated temp log & avg. The process took over 1.5hrs! to get avg!!! Lowest temp recorded was 336F & oven sat there for over 15minutes. Called techline to report & update. "F7e7 motor unable to reach target rpmF0e5 off balance load F0e3 overload Cx complaint unit leaked into pan. And was not working properly. Arrived today and found no water anywhere. Cx cleaned up water so I couldnt find anything. Saw under unit was looked like water leaked from drain line on side of unit. Pictures in Sd pics. Placed unit into diagnostic and found error codes above, cleared codes and ran test cycle. Unit completed cycle no leaks and no errors, ran factory calibration and had no errors after. Made sure all lines are tight and placed unit back into position. Tested in diag cycle one more time and still no leaks, completed cycle and had no error codes. Its possible drain line was not properly attached which caused a leak while draining. Found no issues on this unit. Unit is working as designed job complete"

"Cx complaint is unit shiut off mid cycle. Tested inspected and verfied complaint. Found control getting 120VAC in but not sending any DC voltage out to the UI. Ohmed drain pump at 19ohms. Underneath unit found the gearcase had leaked all of its oil all over the rotor, stator, slider and clutch. The oil shorted the motor and caused the control to be defective. Not sure if UI is damaged. Returning tech replace all parts and then test to see if UI is also needed. as per previous tech was able to access unit and replace dual valve. Noticed at top rc lights out and rs rc switch registering as open when closed. attempted to dispense from door but nothing. ohmed out both valves which were in spec. ran 45 filled 46 activates in test mode but not outside. tested door switches 16 and 17 good contacted techline SR#7736697868. tested at violet to white at control with techline and found no ac voltage being sent. checked for dc voltage to lights and found led board not sending it out. techline suggests boards and switch. quoted cx and collected for parts and setting return for thur 6/29/23. using valve and icemaker on return as control not sending voltage so unable to rule them out if not needed will refund cx; ordrng 1 W11384469 (door switch) and 1 W10843055 (control) and 1 W10830288 (led board) and 1 look (look)
