"cx complaint is the unit not completing cycles, leaving coothes soaiking wet. i checked for codes and found F7E4 basket reengagment failure. cleared code and ran service cycle. during agitation unit made a lot of noise. durign spin the agitator turned CW slowly and made clicking noises but the basket never turned. i inspected under unit and found the bolt on the rotor was laying the pan. the slide is coming apart, metal seperating from plastic. i replaced slide with VS part and restored power. ran service cycle and calibration cycle. unit completed cycles with no issues. unit is working as designed.; ordrng 1 W10734521 (slider VS SB), used 1 W10734521 (SLIDER) from stock"

Cx complaint still no water out unit. Arrived today and ran a pressure tester on unit. Found water pressure from wall to gauge was 38psi. Pressure dropped to 30psi with no filter installed while dispensing water. Found with filter and dispensing water pressure stayed at 40psi. Called techline to document SR#7736258385. They had stated that the unit was not receiving enough pressure from well. That this unit needs to have 50psi to 60psi minimum to work properly. Explained to Cx they need to have a plumber/well person come out and raise the pressure level up. Please make sure they test it and give you documentation that this has been done. Job complete

Customer complaint unit gets really cold in refrigerator section and will sometimes freeze vegetables. Arrive today and inspected unit. Found refrigerator is set at 38? and freezer was set at 1?. Took temperatures and temperature in refrigerator section fluctuated from 36? to 40? in different parts of the unit took temperature in freezer section and had 0? to 2?. Placed unit into diagnostic mode and checked all thermistors and they were reading pretty accurately to set temperatures inside unit tested all fans all fans work correctly explained to customer that certain things inside of this unit like vegetables in bags And water-based products in front of the vent will sometimes freeze due to air coming from freezer. Unit is working good and could find no issues. Unit is working as designed job complete.
