"CX complains unit is leaking. CX states that they were running both upstairs and downstair washers at same time and unit leaked. Unit showed no error codes, ran unit through diagnostic test, no leaks were found, but unit draining did back up into sink beside it. Drain water came up through the bottom of the sink which indicates a restriction in the drainage system. Had the CX run a rinse and spin cycle upstair while downstairs unit filled and drained with water to try to replicate but only sink backed up half way, unit stand pipe did not back up with water. Unit is not leaking during visit and cannot replicate, unit is working as designed. No further work needed."

"Customer complaint is that after a safety audit of the home it was reported that the rear two burners were putting off too much CO. Burners tested and most of the flame is blue on both burners with some yellow tipping. The left rear burner hisses on high. Both burners turned on with pots of water and CO tester used at the front of the unit to monitor CO levels. Contacted Whirlpool tech support to determine if there a CO max level for the cooktop burners. There is no max CO level for the cooktop burners, oven restricted to 300ppm. CO meter registered 0ppm during testing. All levels measured for the burners were below the oven's max tolerance level, unit is working as designed. SR # 7736706198."

"cx complaint is the unit not draining and displaying F8E4 and F9E1. when i arrived cx had already removed toe panel, both racks and the filter. he said he checked the tray under unit but it had no water in it. i checked the tray and it had water in it. checked for codes and found F9E1, F9E2, F8E4. cleared codes and ran drain pump. pump makes a lot of noise and no water flows. removed pump and found impellar seperated from motor. replaced with preIDed part. unit now drains. ran service cycle, found unit leaking from the seal on the sump that contacts the tub. replaced sump with preIDed part. leak remains. unit will need a new tub. ordering part. cx wants unit replaced, not fixed. hes going to call whirlpool. he will also call when tub is delivered. 2 ct for tub job.; ordrng 1 W11409866 (tub) and 1 look (look)"

"cx complaint unit keeps giving PO error, will come back 3-4days later after he presses confirm. cx said fan was running loud. inspected unit and verified complaint. rc evap fan not running in test mode. found rc evap overfrosted inches past cover. frost shorting fan. ohmed out rc defrost thermistor and its reading 15kohms while encased in frost, usually it would read over 20k. ordering evap harness with defrost thermistor. also ordering rc evap fan in case it still doesnt run after getting frost out of the way. evap fan + tax=112.26 to be refunded if fan isnt needed. advised cx he can either defrost unit himself or pay extra 90.00 for 2ct. cx will defrost unit 2days before return visit. advised cx of leak potential and where to put towels down. quoted 401.68, paid in full with c/c.; ordrng 1 W10633627 (rc evap fan(112.26)) and 1 WPW10277799 (rc evap harness)"

Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher isn't Drying Dishes. Ran Service Diagnostics on the unit. No error codes. I then checked the Soap Dispenser. No Rinse Aid is being used. I advised the cx that they will need to use Rinse Aid because they have a plastic Tub. I explained that Rinse Aid is a Drying agent that will approve drying. Also advise that plastics will not dry. Advised the cx to not put any more food into the Dishwasher. Cx will need to Rinse all plates off into the sink. Cx will also need to clean the filter. Referred CX to read using care guide. Unit is working as Designed.
